High Wind Shutters

We absolutely love the shutters. They are very nice, match the house perfectly, and we are very happy with them. We would highly recommend this company as well.

We were so lucky to find this company. The owner Anthony, was very kind to help guide us through the process. The installers were very nice, cleaned up all the debris and made sure they took good care of our carpet and furniture. The ladies in the office also was most kind and patient with all our questions. We would certainly have this company work in our home again. Nice job!!

They did a great job on a difficult installation with the door jamb out of square. After a lot of extra work they got the door hung and it works well. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again should the need arise. Very pleased with the quality of their work and the product.

The windows were put in on time and professionally done.  I have no complaints with the quality of work.  What I do have a large problem with is frequent calls to our salesman went unanswered and when we discovered a scratch in one of the windows, the company promises to come out and look at it but they never show up.  This has been going on 8 months now.  I would not recommend this company to anyone. <br />

During the quotation process, the communications were great.  Once we got our approvals and were ready for installation, they stopped communicating.  I had to call them to ensure our installation was scheduled for a day we had requested, and to get them to pick a date to do the final measurement.  The actual installation went well, except for a few minor glitches which they agreed to fix.  Then the building inspector failed the electrical connections, and that took 2 trips to get resolved.  The company was very willing to fix everything that needed to be fixed.  I just wish it hadn't taken 3 tries to get everything right, and that they had communicated better along the way. <br />

We got with Anthony at High Winds Shutters.  He was a very very nice gentleman and did a wonderful job for us.  He got out to our home the very same afternoon we discovered our shutters were stolen before the police arrived, even considering that this was his busiest time of year.  He brought out samples and we chose the shutters we liked best.  The new owners did not actually want them installed, but he put them on the entire house and did a final check to make sure everything was squared away with regard to the fit and having the correct fasteners for when the time came to need them.  **Note: we have 45 windows.  He took them down per the wishes of the new owners and stacked them neatly in garage.  His prices were very reasonable and he did not try to up-sell us.  We closed on the house on schedule and we greatly appreciated his help.

Our electric rolldown storm shutter stopped working. My husband called on a Friday morning to see if someone could come to look at it and was told Anthony would come that afternoon. He arrived just as promised and gave us a price and said he could fix the same day. Very nice and professional
