Working with Jeff (owner) from Hillestad was a very easy positive experience from the first call to the end. He was a straight forward guy who took a lot of time answering my questions and setting up a quick appt as I had a gas leak. We had a 67 yo furnace which, per other companies, was in a challenging place. Jeff was unfazed about any challenges working in a 100 yo house with a 67 yo furnace. Very professional and down to earth guy. No high pressure sales tactics. We had several other quotes for a furnace and AC so I had a good basis from which to evaluate their service which was excellent. His quote was 2-4000$ less than the other quotes. Fair honest prompt and easy to reach by phone. His crew was as good as I could expect, on time, and cleaned up every thing entirely. I could not imagine a better company with whom to work

I just had a Magic Pak installed in my condo and the technician's, Ryan and Jeremy did an excellent job. It was installed within 2 hours, and they were very friendly and informative. They went above and beyond, I highly recommend Hillestad Heating and Cooling. Also, the price was very reasonable.

The proposal provided (by Jeff) clearly outlined the work which would be done and listed all of the costs. The installation team (Scott & Ken) was professional and demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship as they had a challenging location to work within. The workers were prompt and focused on the tasks completing them well within their time estimate. We highly recommend this company.

Called Hillested for an estimate on replacing our old, inefficient AC. Jeff M. came to see us the same day. As it turns out, our tiny house had an AC to large for the square footage. Jeff recommended the right sized unit to fit our budget and worked with our schedule when planning the installation. <br /> <br />Tom and Scott arrived on time and ready to work. They took care to use ground cloths throughout house. They asked our input for issues that came up and completed the installation within four hours. They even removed the old concrete slab and installed a quality level base made of durable nylon. <br /> <br />AC units come in many sizes. As far as AC units go, it's critical to have people who understand the product they work with and how to install it properly. We have confidence in Hillested's installation. They stand by their work. <br /> <br /> <br />
