Hill Plumbing & Air Sumter are very professional in all areas of their business. From the beginner to the expert in their trade. My experience with all of the guys that I’ve dealt with in the last few days/weeks have shown me respect and I appreciate all of what they do to make my life easier. For the few guys that I can name that has helped to get my HVAC back up and running - Will, Joseph, Brandon, Damien and Bill. Plus, Ms. Tammy in the background doing all of the paperwork. Job was completed in one day. It was convenient. I woke up with no hot water. Called Hill's (it was on a Friday) around 10am and they had one of their plumbers call me right back so I could explain the problem. He gave me a time that he would be at my home. He called me when he was on the way. He arrived at the time he had said he would (3:30pm). He showed me the problem. Water heater was leaking. (It was 22 years old). It needed to be replaced. I didn't have time or a truck to go purchase one myself. He replaced it and we had hot water by 6pm.

Recently, I started having intermittent problems with my tankless hot-water heater. After exhausting my maintenance efforts, I researched creditable businesses via Angie’s list and discovered Hill Plumbing & Electric Inc. After a brief call to them, a technician (Jason) arrived and he intently listened as I explained the tankless hot-water heater problems and the maintenance history of the unit. Afterwards, Jason carefully explained possible causes and what actions he would be taken to diagnose the problem(s). Jason quickly discovered the problem, repaired the unit and explained what actions were taken. The repair cost was fair and reasonable; much less than I expected. Additionally, Jason provided a full unit replacement quote, as my tankless unit is 14-years old and nearing its life expectancy. I’m extremely impressed with Hill Plumbing & Electric Inc. and I highly recommend them. Their customer service and technical skills are exceptional.

Woke up Friday morning with no hot water. Called Hill Plumbing Co and they were able send a technician before lunch. The technician was polite and even wore shoe covers over his boots. He said he could change out the elements but would would recommend changing the water heater due the water heater was over 20years old and was showing signs of rust along the bottom of the tank. By 2:00 pm I had hot water with my new water heater. The technician was very knowledgeable and truly appreciate his recommendation because when he removed my old water heater the bottom was covered in rust. To top it off he discounted me 10% because my wife teaches at Alice Drive Elementary. <br />

They removed a bundle of roots left by another plumbing company, Mr Rooter of Hartsville, SC, less than a month before. Hill Plumbing was quick to respond, very efficient, professional and courteous. We live in a small town about 25 miles away and we felt the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them for future plumbing issues. <br />
