The job was completed while I was out of town. I trusted them with the contents of my home and they did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous.

Although they declined to do the actual replacement themselves, they took the dimensions I gave them, ordered the replacement panes and delivered them to my backyard at the greenhouse. I installed the window panes myself, but then my wife and i had originally assembled the greenhouse ourselves from a kit, so that was not an issue.

I had to do nothing but pay ;) they came over took measurement, went back, came back with glass on time when they committed, fixed it and DONE. I would love to hire them again, and for putting this glorious review can I get some discount too next time lol , Just Kidding!

My dog broke the glass in my patio door. Someone came out later the same day to measure the glass. I was told it would be 3-7 days for the glass to come in. Thanksgiving fell during that time, so I expected the later date. I called 2 weeks later to ask the progress. My glass was there and I was able to schedule installation the next day. The same person came to install the glass and was on time. It was a little more difficult to install because we couldn't remove the blind. The cost was exactly the amount of the estimate.

Works was very good, one minor mixup with installer giving receipt to renters instead of me the owner.

The sliding door needed a new mirror cut and put into the frame. They delivered the door, but did not install it. When I had another provider try to install it, they could not because the frame had been put on inside-out. They came to get the door to fix it. But when they brought it back the second time, the tab to open the door had been put on the wrong side. The wheel assemblies had been installed upside down, so the door handle was on the wrong side. I wanted them to fix the placement of the wheel assemblies, but they refused to fix this mistake, saying that it was "not worth it." They did offer to switch the handle placement. On the third return of my door, the mirror is damaged where the handle had previously been. I would not use Hilltop again. They made too many mistakes and they were not willing to do the work to fix their mistakes properly.

I decided to go to this business reading the reviews on Angieslist.  Drove from Newport to Mt Healthy even though their were other glass companies closer to my home.  Glad I did!  Greeted by a very warm and friendly staff.  Placed my order, quoted a reasonable price (which included a bit of an Angieslist discount) and was told my window would be ready in a week.  The window came in on schedule.  When I returned home, I had difficulty reinserting the window back into the storm door frame.  Not wanting to force it and risk breaking  the glass, I called Hilltop for assistance.  They sent an employee to my home a few days later and he was able to install for me.  I was impressed with the quality of the work and their outstanding customer service!  Hopefully, I will never have replace window glass again but if my do, I will make the trip back to Hilltop Glass!

They replaced the glass in my patio door that had been shattered. They also replaced the damaged screen on my front. The screen had to be replaced again because of sagging. They picked up my screen door the next day and replaced it...a perfect fit. <br />

The man from Hilltop came yesterday and after checking the window out was able to bend the top frame on my window very carefully so that the sash would go down completely. I was amazed--it was like magic. I asked him how much did I owe.  He said that was up to the office.  Today I got a call from the office--NO CHARGE!. <br />

We came home to find out some idiot had thrown a rock through our French patio door. The next morning at 8:30 we called Hilltop Glass. They had two guys out to the house by 10am, and our glass was replaced by 11am. All for less than we expected it would cost. The installation team was quick, clean, and professional. An all-around highly satisfying experience! <br />

I came home from work one day and discovered that one of my thermal-pane windows had cracked. Hilltop was able to come out within a couple of days of my call, and a week later, arrived to take out the old glass and put in a new one that fit the existing window. I was so glad to be able to just replace the capsule rather than going through the expense of getting a replacement window that would probably not match the ones adjacent to it. The service representative was quick and courteous. <br />

<p>I called Hilltop Glass in January for a window that had been broken by vandals.  They were very professional and understood my concerns.  They came out to measure the window and had to special order one with the grids inside to match the other window. </p> <p>In about two weeks they came out and replaced the window and did an excellent job.  It was very cold outside and the service tech did a great job on taking out the old one and replacing the new one with minimum heat loss.  </p> <p>From the initial call to the final install the service provided was great.   It was a little expensive for the size of the window but that was due to a special order of an odd window.  We knew that going in and it was worth the cost to get it done in a timely manner. </p> <br />

Hilltop Glass was great.  I took the windows in and within a week the job was done and I thought the price was very fair. I would highly recommend Hilltop Glass and Mirror for repair of storm windows. <br />

Guys were very professional, clearly knew their business, called before they showed up, arrived on time, operated quickly.  They informed me of the risk of the mirror breaking ahead of time.  Luckily the mirror did not break as they treated it with kid gloves.  Very impressed with this company and would highly recommend. <br />

Estimate went well. There was a hard to reach window that he wasn't able to measure. They both were on the second floor. The install went well we had left them ladders up near the windows. The one he wasn't able to measure was the wrong size so we decided to replace a similar window with it. They reordered the window since he had a ladder to measure this time. It has been 2 weeks now and haven't heard from them yet. I am sure they just forgot us and we will call them. Overall everyone is super at Hilltop. We will have several windows done so that is a good thing. The bad thing I will spend 500 more than I planned. <br />

Everything went great.  I called Hilltop Glass a couple of weeks ago and explained what had happened to our bedroom windows. The windows are about ten years old.  The lifetime guarantee ended unfortunately when a major window replacement company closed it's doors.  The frames are in excellent shape so I looked on Angie's list  and contacted a friend who has used Hilltop Glass at a commercial building in downtown Cincinnati  The reviews were good and my friend highly recommended thier company.. My initial contact was with Gwen and I had several conversations because we are looking to do a few projects in the spring.  Gwen was very helpful with recommendations and listened to all of my questions and ideas. <br /> Considering the windows were small enough to take them to Hilltop Glass myself we decided on that option.  The glass was ordered and Gwen called when it came in and we decided to have it done there in the shop today.  I took them to Hilltop Glass on Compton <br /> Road in Mt. Healthy this morning, and I went back and picked them at 4:00 PM this afternoon.  We chose to wait a few hous for the slicone to set up better. <br /> The windows now look great and I would highly recommend this company to people in the same situation as we were.  Had we replaced both sets of windows like one company suggested we would have been out $ 1,200.00.  Instead we had new glass inserted in the two bad windows and spent $ 182.00.   I was fortunate enough to be able to take the windows to the shop but even if we had the service performed  at home it would not compare to the cost of buying new window units.  Everyone was kind and professional to deal with, which is appreciated.  Special thanks to Gwen and to the craftsman who did the work. <br />
