It turned out fine. They were very customer service-oriented. They were nice. They did neat work. There was a skylight and it leaked a little. They fixed that really quickly. I was pleased.

They did a great job fixing the spot that we were having trouble with.

He was late getting to me, but that was not a big deal.  He was very friendly.  However, I had an issue with the fact that the "deal" I paid for was for minor roof repair but he did not actually do anything other than tell me that I needed a new roof ASAP.  That would have been fine, if that were the case.  I had another roofer come and take a look and he told me that I could wait 1-2 years more.  He also told me that the cost of a new roof would be almost $3,000 less than what the first person had told me.  While I generally believe in "you get what you pay for", the second roofer was somebody that is known and trusted by all of our neighbors.  I felt that I spent money for somebody to come and clean my gutters, which my husband was planning to do later that week.  Basically, I think that this may be a decent company (it had received a lot of good reviews previously), but I felt I did not get what I paid for. <br />

They were fine to work with. They were nice in the appointment.  They showed up on time. I felt the price was great.

Everything went as planned, no surprises. <br />

I think it just took about 15 minutes. I think they just got up on the roof and pushed some leaves off out of the gutter and that was it. I think it was only on one side of my house, it wasn't all over the roof. They came on time. They were rather rushed.

That was okay, it was fine. I didn't have any problems with him.

They did okay.  They had to reschedule once because they didn't have the tools available.  During the visit, I didn't think they knew what they were doing.  I didn't think they were that competent.  I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.  It was leaking in two places and I thought they would fix at least one of them, but both the places are still leaking.  There was some poor communication between their secretary and the workers.

They were great. They were very good. I would definitely use them again. They told me I didn't need anything right away. I felt like I could trust them. They were on time. They were clean, neat and very nice. They're very professional. It was no more than the big deal purchase.

<p>They did a good job. They left the worksite clean, the fan appears to be working it removes the humid air out of the attic. My wife says it was like they weren't even here they came in, installed it and they were gone.</p>

They installed an external light (motion activated lights, with a video camera card option).  The service went OK, but I didn't feel like the contractor was a tremendous problem-solver.  The light works, it seems to be installed securely, but I wasn't left with a warm fuzzy feeling about the range of services that they could offer.

Everything went good, there was a leak around the stacks and they fixed that.

Hindmarch came and did two hours of maintenance and minor repair work as per the Big Deal They came at a time when we were not home and left us an invoice listing out what they did Because it was on the roof and the things they listed were not in super detail, we weren't really sure how good the work was or how extensive it was (we never went on the roof and aren't familiar at all with the ins and outs of roofs). The Big Deal was not cheap, and by the end we weren't sure whether we got value of our purchase - not that we didn't, just that we don't know if we did.

He never made appointments and never showed up. He never returned phone calls. He sent someone out once and I never heard from them again. Then Angie's List said they would try to find someone to do the job and I never heard back.

We purchased a big deal for the service. They did a real good job, and they were professional in their approach. We will probably go to them in the future for an estimate in doing the whole roof, because we were so happy with their work. I was very happy with the degree of knowledge and expertise that they brought. The quality of work was good.

The installer arrived on time. He did install a solar powered attic fan. <br />

We had our roof replaced a few years ago and have had ongoing leaking problems with it since then.  I've had three roofing contractors out to try to fix it, but Hindmarch was the only contractor who finally resolved the problems with the leaking roof.  They were courteous and professional and explained what they found and what needed to be done.  With all of the heavy rain we have been having lately, it is wonderful having a roof that does not leak any more. <br />

They did a very good job. They were prompt, they delivered on their promises, they cleaned up after themselves, did a really nice job, so.  <br /> <br /> Price was good, they were very good. They were not the lowest bidder but they were fair and came in on what they had promised.
