I needed to hire someone to clean our two corporate units. After interviewing 3 cleaning services, I went with Hire Traci. Great choice! She is very thorough, punctual and professional which was a challenge because the keys wouldn't open the units half of the time! I would leave her a message on short notice and she always came through! And her work? Impeccable! So clean and fresh each and every time! Both units had 3 bedrooms and she would strip the beds and wash all of the linens all at a very reasonable price. When we decided to vacate the units, Traci and her team did such a great job that the property manager couldn't believe anyone every resided there! Traci is a warm and caring individual who I had the pleasure of working with for almost 3 years! I highly recommend her!

Traci is absolutely incredible! I cannot speak enough to her professionalism, quality of work, and ease of doing business with. I would (and have) recommended Traci to so many. She cleans our condo frequently and is so flexible when we need her in a pinch. She also cleaned a very large house for my boss for a holiday party. Give her a call, you will not regret it!

I was looking for someone to help clean, and started looking at the top people out there to do it. I contacted a few, but was told it was out of their area, and too far to go. When I contacted Traci she also said it was a ways to go, but was open to making the trip. We communicated back and forth and worked out a plan that was beneficial to both of us. She worked me into the schedule faster than I thought I might be able to get it done. She was able to think "outside the box" which was a very nice thing to deal with. I was unable to be around the day that she came, but I left her a check and told her how to gain access. We set up what was priority and they would accomplish that and any additional items would be a bonus. I came back into town that night and checked in at the house. WOW! She had accomplished the kitchen to a spotless point. Cabinets looked great inside and out, appliances were good. I don't think I have seen the faucet shine like it was. Bathrooms both looked great. Carpet was done to the point that I felt bad walking on it because it looked so nice. Other areas were wiped down and the house smelled clean. The smell was a big thing that previous individuals had noted when entering house. She cleaned on Saturday and on Tuesday the next week the house had a signed lease. I have to think that the cleaning helped to accomplish that. I really appreciate her willingness to think of possibilities and make it work out. This is my first choice for who to contact if you need cleaning.

I don't normally hire out carpet cleaning, but my experience was great. They returned my call quickly, made an appointment to come out. They were on time and friendly, but most of all I felt I could trust them. Everything went very good. Very pleased. Save your time and just hire traci.

She was very friendly, early for the job, and explained everything she was going to do. There were a couple things missed by her team, so she came the next day herself to do them and apologized. I was very impressed.

"Thank you for the great review on the good work that we do. We cleaned your home for $120.00 which is 50% off of our normal rate of $240.00 for a home your size. I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say that it would cost "over $500.00". If there is some confusion please call me any time to discuss what our rates are. I am very sorry that we were late. You actually live about 20 miles out of our normal service area which is clearly listed on our service area boundary map. We truly value all Angie's list members and decided that even though we don't normally travel that far we would honor your purchase through Angie's list. In our defense we did call you to tell you that we just finished the prior job and that we were on the way. I suppose that if we were like the cable company or the phone company or the water company we would have requested a four hour window of time for us to get there."

Hire Traci's housecleaners have been cleaning my house for several months. Traci was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and gave me a fair estimate. Her employees arrive promptly, do a great job throughout the house, are friendly and pleasant. I plan to continue using them indefinitely. <br />
