His & Her's Multi-Service

Very well. She was very accommodating. We only got a 48 hour notice to be moved out of the apartment and she was able to commit to getting the apartment clean on such short notice. Place looked and smelled great. Would highly recommend. We also had her husband move the contents of the apartment with a 48 hour notice. He and his crew did an amazing job too.

Veronica and Michael are always on time, polite, and professional. We have used many different housecleaning services over the years and Veronica and Michael do the most thorough job of anyone we have ever used. They even clean the light switches! I HIGHLY recommend them for any housecleaning needs!

My husband and I were off during the holidays and we His & Hers Mulit-Service. Veronica and Mike came the same day to meet us, understand our expectations/needs and view our home. They were very timely and gave us a quote later that day. When we accepted, they further accommodated us by coming the next day at noon, the time that worked best for us. We were pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the job they performed. We have used others in the past and I have had to "re-do" or finish after they left because it was not satisfactory. I did NOT have to do that with His & Her service. They cleaned as Veronica said they would, "from the top to the bottom". When my husband and I inspected after they left, we were so surprised to see even the areas we felt would logically be missed, were clean! Doors, both sides were clean, baseboards, light fixtures all through out the house were spotless (and we have a large number of glass globe light fixtures). Even pictures and mirrors looked brand new. Our large master shower shined from ceiling to the floor. The wooden floors looked perfect as did the carpets and tile. Veronica, Mike and the crew the brought were very friendly, neat and professional. I will be using them again. They are a pleasure to work with and take pride in the job done and their business. She told me she would clean our home like it was her own, and that she did!

She did a phenomenal job. I couldn't be happier. She was very professional and beyond kind. I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again.

Overall, I'm delighted with Veronica and Mike. They clean thoroughly and with such detail. They are happy to accept special requests when others refused to clean out the fireplace. When they accidentally broke a lightbulb, Mike ran out to buy and replace it. We didn't ask her to, they just did it. They use all their own equipment and products. She says she doesn't do windows but always cleans the front glass door without me asking. (For an extra charge, they are happy to do windows which I will have them do at some point.) She always washes and drys the small rugs in the bathrooms. They move and clean behind furniture. They always clean kitchen and bathroom counters removing any dust from the wood work. They even brush and vacuum the dog's bed.

I was impressed with them. They were both very nice and I liked them right away.

It was very professional and well done. Veronica and her crew are one of the best cleaning crews I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.
