No other method can provide a deeper clean that lasts so long. From business Owner: My name is Allen Noroozi and I'm the owner of Hi Tech Steamer. When recently moved to San Jose I was looking for a job. I was into carpet cleaning and wanted to start my own business at the age of 18. I noticed how other companies empty their costumers pockets by not doing their job right plus I heard most of the carpet cleaning companies damage people's houses and cause other issues. Since I was interested in opening my own carpet cleaning business I decided to work with the two of the most known international carpet cleaning companies to gain some experience for four years. I became a top employee and was offered a better position but I had my own plan to start my own business so I can provide better deals and a better quality of carpet cleaning to people in the bay area. Thank God ever since I opened this business I have satisfied all my costumers and worked with their budget. I would treat your house as it is my own house. Here we are today... Hi-Tech steamer.

I called Hi Tech Steamer for services because of the great reviews on Angie's List. I was really impressed with the hot water extraction method used by their powerful equipment. The carpet, although not new, looks fantastic again. Allen and Jose were very professional, courteous, and efficient. This family owned business has great customer service to make sure their customers are satisfied. I will definitely use them in the future for any carpet cleaning needed.

Very well. Allen, the owner, sent an email when they were on the way and arrived in the time frame given. He looked over the job with us to determine what should be done. There was a 20% winter discount. The carpets are old and our sweet elderly dog was ill the last month of his life so there was quite a bit of staining in some areas. We agreed on a price based on square footage (there were 5 rooms that needed cleaning) & Allen & Jose started working and worked hard and efficiently. It took a little over an hour, but the transformation was almost magical. The stains were gone and the carpets looked 10 yrs younger, at least. Very pleased.

Allen, the owner was easy to work with, honest, knowledgable, and delivered great results. I'm surprised there's not many reviews on Angie's List given that their reviews on Yelp is off-the-charts amazing with 115+ reviews. Allen was super responsive on phone and on email. I like that his cost is fair because it's based off of square footage. He came over on a rainy day and recommended he come back on another day when it wasn't rainy to not track dirt into the house. I appreciated him making two trips out to the house. He came with his brother and protected the corners with corner guards. I'm glad I found a carpet cleaner that I can stay with for years to come.

<strong>After having our carpets cleaned by other companies, we hired Alan to clean our carpets based on the very positive reviews here on Angie's List. Quite frankly, we didn't believe anyone could make our carpet look so good, but Alan did a beautiful job. We are beyond pleased!! Alan did a terrific job. I've been using him for many years and can always count on him for first rate steam cleaning. This year he had new equipment which he described as the rolls royce of steam cleaners. It was clearly much more powerful and left the carpet much drier than in the past. <br />

Very well. It wook longer than I have ever experienced before with other carpet cleaning companies. However, the results showed that it was worth it. It has now been 2 months, and the scotch gard treatment seems to have helped a lot, as it's still looking pretty good considering the age of the carpet. <br />
