Hive Pest Defense

I had to cancel and reschedule for the next day, but the office personnel forgot to reschedule my appointment. That is my only disappointment. The service tech was awesome. He was positive, stayed late, and did a great job.

*UPDATE Completely different treatment as a customer that has signed their contract, than being a potential customer. I was told after initial treatment that they would return 2 weeks to the day for the second round, unfortunately, they no-call no-showed. When I called to find out what was happening I was told I was due for service?which is what I had just told them . We rescheduled and they were very nice with working around our schedule for the reschedule, however, I was told to give them a 2 hour window and they guaranteed they would show. I got a text at 12:16 pm saying the tech was on his way. He was scheduled for 3:00 pm and when he pulled up to the house he parked in front of the neighbors house then left 10 minutes later. I did not hear from anyone until the Tech showed up at 5:45 pm. He was a nice kid just trying to go and do, but he left without talking about what had been done or scheduling my next appointment. He also left my gate open so the dogs almost got out.

Hive Prest Defense is the greatest! I have been having a pest issue that required professional support. It's Labor Day Weekend, therefore I assumed I wouldn't get a hold of anyone due to the holiday. I decided to send a request for estimates, with the understanding that I wouldn't hear back from anyone until Tuesday. Thankfully I heard back from Hive Pest Defense, right away. I spoke with Cody regarding what I needed done and the cost behind it. The price he provided was very reasonable. To my surprise and delight, Cody offered to come out to my house that very same day. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that he was able to see me during the holiday weekend. When Cody arrived he answered all of my random questions. He was so professional and kind. He was also very thorough. If you are having any sort of pest issue, call this company! You will appreciate the great service they provide. Thanks Cody! You are the best!

Excellent Customer Service so far as the initial response and next week a more intensive treatment

Hive is a completely different experience from all the other pest control services I have used. They are not only experts at pest control but they take the time to actually prevent pests from coming in your home by setting up a system that is unique to you and your property. For the first time, I actually feel like we can keep bugs and rodents under control!

After an inspection for any signs of rodents in our attic, by an employee from your company, we were told the point of entry was all covered and that there was no evidence of rodents. We were told that we only had 1 kind of insulation as well which we learned from a different company there are 3. We were also informed that the scratching we heard was probably from something on our roof We hired someone else to evaluate the next day after hearing scratching on our ceiling-again. After our new hire inspected our attic, we were informed there is 3 types of insulation.(Goes to show the evaluation with your company was not very thorough.) They also found the point of entrance, and after installing a camera, we could see at least 3 rats in our attic. The issue with our problem was not addressed by your company. And we were disappointed to pay full price for a job that was not done thoroughly. On the flip side, Cody was very nice, easy to talk to and came out right away when we reported the issue.

They were on time, professional, courteous, friendly and communicative.

Less expensive than other services, easy to work with.

I switched to Hive Pest Control even though my other pest control company was giving me a fantastic deal (I got in at an introductory rate). I was hesitant to switch but am sooooo glad I did. Hive Pest Control’s service has been exceptional - they treated some trees the other company couldn’t and after just one treatment it’s been a night/day difference. They also treated the eaves of my home and now I don’t have to look at spiders outside my 2nd floor windows - they’re all gone! The day before my service I asked if they could adjust their schedule to come in the morning instead of afternoon so i could mow the lawn without running into a bunch of webs between the fence and grass and they accommodated my last minute request. It’s been a pleasure to work with them!

Cody and Logan were great! They really care about prevention and are consistent with their visits to keep my home pest free.
