"when I originally talked to the husband, in March,. I got project details. several items were changed, either omitted or added . I communicated with Robert. when we arrived at the job site, only the wife gave the orders and changes. I explained that I was leaving a crew in charge, they seemed fine with this. during the day, I was informed about the cut line, that the cable was cut. I went back to the job site ,to help finish the work. the next day I received the complaints, and tried to contact them. they only sent pictures with no explanation of what they wanted. I wanted to make it right. as a level 6 goggle guide I review businesses. I always talk to someone before giving a negative review. then give them the opportunity to earn a good review. I never go out with the intent of destroying any business."
"unfortunately the work was started and could not be completed because of the covid-19 ruling and they hadn't decided what they were going to do about businesses being open. we gave [Member Name Removed] an estimate after telling her that there were other problems with the manifold about replacing the whole manifold because we found rusty pipes and leaks in the pipes that weren't there prior."

"We approached your job, with extra help, since after talking it seemed to be an emergency. We didn't know what to expect. Upon arriving we found alot of mud and a sink hole near the valve box. It was tested to see why it was leaking. The valve was rebuilt and the backflow was rebuilt. We were there for over two hours, but since their was extra help I thought it fair to only charge for parts plus one hour labor. After getting a immediate payment we assumed that [Member Name Removed] was pleased. After several days the text was received. We were amazed and tried to decide on a response. [Member Name Removed] s partner was happy and even tried to get us work with a neighbor."
