Also if there's animal hair it's almost definitely not all going to get up, game rooms, general liability, have set minimum price willing to negotiate somewhat.do not offer outside cleaning except for occasional sliding glass doors, houses, how many beds, if leaving the money, if when I get to your house on the appointment and it's either really filthy, keys, living rooms, make beds..ect. we do a complete clean. We also offer other cleaning type services., mirrors Bathrooms, office spaces, or a whole lot bigger than originally stated, or animal feeces or urine, or dirtier houses that haven't been getting cleaned at least 1x month minimum, or rodents, or the client starts changing what they want cleaned, pay close attention to details, polite and sensitive to clients different needs, prices and services vary.
