Service man was on time, knew his stuff.  I had to loan him a fitting that he didn't have.  Fortunately I ordered it with the unit knowing that it was an oddball size thinking I might do it myself.  No biggie.  The service man actually lived in Purcell and was dispatched form there.  He was competent and polite and did a good job. <br />

<p>    I have used HMS plumbing for 20+ years and have <strong>always </strong>been very happy with them.  They always do quality work,  and their technicians are the kind of people that you comfortable having around the house.  They usually follow up with a phone call a few days later asking if I am happy with the job they did or have any concerns.  They show up when they say they will and phone when they<br /> are on their way.<br /> </p> . <br />

Everything went like clock work as always with HMS. I have used this company for over twenty years and have always had nothing but praise for them. They always send out the kind of people that you can feel comfortable having around the house and they always do quality work and stand behind it. <br />

The price is maybe a little higher than average but they do very good work and they do back it up. They were the closest ones the first time I used them. After that, I was just satisfied with the work. They were just reliable and fair.

One plumber showed up to do the job at the scheduled time. Ordinarily, one muscular plumber might have been sufficient, but because of the tight fit of the old appliance in the closet and the awkwardness of this position, I didn't think he could remove the tank and replace it with the new one without the likelihood of injury, so I suggested that he get some help. Shortly thereafter, an assistant came out to help, which added to the labor fee but did ensure that no one or nothing was injured. Good job. <br />

Arrived on time. Fixed the problem quickly. Very professional. <br /> Also, my father started using them and had nothing but good things to say about them. I checked to see if they were on Angie's List. Looked them up, saw they were in good standing and decided to continue to use them. <br />

We have been in the middle of remodeling the home we purchased last year. We had a leaking toilet in the master bath we were remodeling, so we just turned the water off and started using the guest bathrom. When the toilet in the guest bathroom began to leak, we contacted HMS. We have used them for both plumbing and heat/air services since buying this house. This was our second plumbing call to HMS and Jeff was once again our service provider. Our experience with Jeff on both visits was that he was courteous, worked quickly, and does good work. We will definitely continue to use HMS for our plumbing and heat/air needs.

Great. They're guys did a very thorough and neat installation job. They stayed as late as needed until the job was done. Owner came at the end to make sure everything went well and we were satisfied with the system.

The job was excellent. The owner of the company put in a whole new system for us about five years ago. I had some trouble with my unit this summer, and he came out himself to fix it. It says a lot when the owner of a business comes out to do work. It's a top notch company.

They came out the same day as called, even though they were pretty much booked up. It turned out to be a simple repair, and they did just that, without trying to charge for additional services.
