Drywall repair is several rooms. Workers were very professional and very nice. They did a good job. Questions came up and I spoke with the owner I was entirely satisfied with the resolution.

I had him out to fix one of my drawers, and the end result was ok. I’m not sure if I would use them in the future, though.

a little scheduling difficulty with the office; but they were nice about it and the weather was spotty. <br /> the service tech was neat and the cleaning was well done. and they showed up on time and finished within a reasonable time frame. <br />

It took some time to get the work scheduled. An employee came out to do the work. The light switches, hinges were fine. The toilet apparently was not tightened properly and by the next morning it had leaked through the floor and wall to the lower level where it came through the ceiling of the downstairs powder room. After replacing the cartridges the faucet still leaks and I was told that that can happen and now I should replace the whole faucet. Already spent the money on new cartridges so I guess it will just have to drip. <br />

They installed some drywall in the ceiling for me. While it was installed properly but they didn’t do any kind of sanding to make it smooth. I wish they would have been able to do the sanding.

The handymen completed their job. They gave me some discount on the price of the service rendered. It was okay, not very bad. They were very professional. Two nice people get the job done for me. They were pretty professional and good. They know what they are doing and they are honest.

The service turned out bad. It was impossible to get in touch with him as he would say he would get in touch with me and he would never call back. The guy he brought with him scratched my hardwood floor and it took months for them to repair the work and the repair was not satisfactory.

He came with a second person and they were at my home for a little over two hours. They did not get as much window film taken care of as I would have liked.

I had purchased an Angie's list coupon for 4 hours of drywall from HOFFMAN's HOME IMPROVEMENT for $99.00. <br /> Eric came out and did the drywall work I needed over the course of two separate visits (expected). In between the first and second <br /> visit, I realized that I needed a new garbage disposal so I purchased one and asked Eric to install it on the second visit. <br /> Eric was happy to do so. His work was thoughtful and professional and he gave me a very fair price for the install. <br /> I will surely use Eric again. <br /> Thank you! <br />

started out great, but when I had to postpone finishing the work, I experienced a lot of trouble with scheduling. His work appears good, but getting the job finished has been an issue. <br />

It took 4 months for the work to be scheduled due to the backlog of work following their "apecial rate". Two people arrived on time to perform the painting work. The pace of work completed was slow and the quality of the painting did not meet the standards of a professional painter. I would not here them again for painting, they might be good however in other areas. <br />

He came, assessed the work that was needed and then scheduled the date for the work to be done. He got everything painted and cleaned up. All in all, a very nice job and he's a great guy to have do the work. <br />

My experience with Hoffman's was fine, and the work took place from mid-October to early November. A then a death in Eric's family disrupted the schedule, but he got back to me via phone and email to reschedule. Eric was punctual and took great care to ensure the work was done properly--giving the patches sufficient time to dry and coming back twice (as part of the plan) to ensure everything looked good and was ready for priming and painting. <br /> He also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward--very little dust remained from the sanding. I would work with Hoffman's again. <br />

All the services were done well and in a timely manner. They came when they said they would and did not leave until I had said I was satiisfied with what they had done. The items they did not repair were explained as beyond their scope (i.e. jacuzzi repair). Eric and Bobby were at my home for 5 hours, and I felt I certainly got my monies worth for $198.00. <br />

After unsuccessfully calling Eric when the Big Deal was first offered, I decided to try him again a few days ago. He returned my call within a few hours and was able to make a date within a few days to complete some minor repairs I needed to have done before we close on our house next week. He and Bobby were very punctual, pleasant and competently and quickly completed the issues on my punch list except for a toilet problem that he said required a plumber or a new toilet. . He did not waste time trying to fix something that demanded more skill than a handyman. Eric was very apologetic about his initial inability to respond to the Big Deal demand. <br /> I would definitely have him do work for me again and recommend him to my friends <br /> <br />

He was very busy from having so many people purchase the offer, and it took three months and four trips to get the eight hours of work done. While the work was done adequately, the scheduling was a nightmare and at least twice he showed up unprepared even though we explained what we needed done and he had taken a look at everything before we scheduled dates for the actual work. <br /> I had asked for a lot of work to be done in my attic, because I am a tall guy and small attics don't agree with me. We were upfront about that from the beginning, so he knew that there would be a lot of work up there. After the fact it seemed like he kept making excuses for not doing work up there, or providing less than what we had asked for. At the end of the day, the work done was well, and we got our eight hours worth. However I still have stuff to do up there and I don't appreciate that. <br />

Contractor was professional for first half of project. However when trying to schedule completion of job and other work, contractor did not return e mails. Job remains unfinished. I do not recommend this contractor. <br />

I have used Hoffman Home Improvements before, and have always been very satisfied. They came on time, and they worked efficiently and professionally. I was amazed at their expertise in all areas of home improvement. I was very satisfied with their work, and feel they saved me money, because I did not have to call an awning professional or a automatic garage door professional. It is great to have a competent, courteous company I can depend on for all kinds of home improvement. I will definitely continue to call them for home improvements. <br />

They were really good about arranging the time to call. They came when they were supposed to. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They did a really good job. With drywall, you have to patch it and wait for it to dry and then smooth it out so they had to come back several times but that is the nature of the job. I will be using them again.

It took quite a while to get a response from them once we purchased an Angie's List Big Deal but they eventually came out. Things went okay; he was nice, on time and the work done was adequate. It is sort of like having someone a little bit handier than you come in and do it but I won't say the work is great. He cleaned up after himself.

I could never get a hold of these guys. I called several times and they were always too busy. We scheduled a couple times but they did not show up. I finally got them to come down and perform the work. <br />

"I just wanted to extend my deepest apology to this member and any member reading this. I take customer service very serious and I have to say this summer was one that I would like to put behind me. I did not expect the feedback with the big deals that I had and I also had alot of personal issues that developed and I was also trying to handle it being a man down. I just wish that I would of been warned of the amount of these big deals that would of been sold because then I would never of done it or done it in a much smaller service area. Once again, I do truly apoligize to this member and am glad that I was able to complete the work for him and he was happy with it ."
