Sales, service, maintenance, replacements and installations of all types of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. We specialize in geothermal, ductless heat pumps, air conditioners, heat pumps. gas and oil fired furnaces and boilers. We also provide Air Advice diagnostic tests at our consultations and are able to recommend and provide all types of indoor air quality products, such as UV lights, air purifiers, electronic air cleaners,, whole home humidifiers and dehumidifiers. We also offer high efficiency duct cleaning with a HEPA powered negative air vacuum, along with Aeroseal! Aeroseal is a top of the line duct sealant applied from within the ductwork.

Austin was very professional. He understood our needs and took the time to explain our options in detail and to make the right choice for our home.
With the weather being so hot and our old system died (old system was not Trane) he was able to get a new system installed in 2 days!
If you are looking for a new heating and air conditioning system Holtzople Heating, air conditioning and Electric is the only one you should choose.

Holtzople installed our new ac/heating unit in 2021. The company and service has been fabulous from the beginning. Today we had our comfort care service of our main unit and split units. The service technician, Tim was punctual, professional and a diligent worker. He took care of both units, installed an air scrubber and leveled our outside unit. Great service technician and very knowledgeable. We continue to be very pleased with the service Holtzople provides for their products.

I was looking for a new Heat/AC business for maintenance after many less than excellent experiences in the past. Several people recommended Holtzpole, so I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did because they are the best. I was specifically looking for a yearly maintenance contract and also someone I could rely on in an emergency. Before they would consider their top tier maintenance contract, a technician had to come and inspect the system. I was given a 3-hour window for the appointment and Kevin arrived within the first hour. I ask for no shoes in the house and Kevin took care to put on and remove shoe covers every time he came in or left the house. Kevin performed the check and explained the adjustments he made. I also pointed out a concern regarding a leaking drainage tube and Kevin was able to replace this at a fair price. I’m so glad I found Holtzpole and I will definitely be recommending them to others.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Install
The replacement of my a/c ( with indoor coil) and furnace was handled in an extremely professional way. Holtzople Heating and AC helped me to find the best replacement units for my 20 year old Trane system. I am impressed with the knowledge of the sales person sent to provide quotes. I am also impressed by the skill and meticulous care that the installers took while replacing my entire heating and cooling system. Within a day, they took out my old system, installed the new system up to factory specs, tested and made sure all phases of heating and cooling were functioning as they should, and cleaned up, taking away all of the old unit, leaving nothing behind. The last thing the head installer told me was that a quality control team would be in touch and be coming in within the next two weeks to make sure everything was continuing to operate as it should. This attention to detail, and customer satisfaction is what has impressed me the most about Holtzople Hearing and A/C.

Holtzople installed a new HVAC for us in Nov 2025. The furnace worked like a champ all winter. As the weather warmed up today, we turned on the AC. Not working. Called Holtzople for service and the intake was a smooth process. Got a call from Tim, who was in the area on another call. He came by a little later and did the systematic troubleshooting. Isolated the issue to a defective sensor. After 2 hours of persistent effort, we are up and running. Great company. Highly recommend them. Been a customer since 2002 and only good experences.

Happy Holidays all! Please use my Holtzople (H) review to help you address your HVAC needs!
Last summer, my Trane AC unit failed. Corey W (H) was the tech that came out to the house and troubleshooted/resolved the problem (leaking refrigerant). He also advised on probability of future repairs. Sadly, the unit performed well for only a short time before failing. It was time to consider my options. Repairs were becoming more frequent and costly.
Tyler (H System Designer) visited and walked around my house inspecting my current HVAC system. We discussed repairing or replacing my ailing AC unit. He recommended replacing with a split ductless system and emailed a quote for
1. Enhanced Mitsubishi hyper heat mini split system (system)
2. Favorable financing options - low interest rates and affordable monthly payments.
The install took a week. H’s crew arrived each morning, respected my property, and worked as a team to carefully install the new system.

Geothermal Heating or Cooling System - Service
Holtzople installed a geothermal system in 2013 to replace our heating oil furnace and electric air conditioning unit. Boy did that cut our heating and cooling bill way down! This review is about the recent semi-annual service maintenance visit. Shout out to Kevin the technician who is friendly, professional and focused. He gets right down to business and is quiet as a mouse as he thoroughly goes through the extensive maintenance checklist and performs all required tasks. He then takes the time to fully brief us on what he did what he found and what if anything he recommends. He then opens it up for questions and is very patient and thorough in answereing any questions we might have. Hint: he's also an expert on anything Disney World if you might be thinking about visiting there.... We highly recommend Holtzople, a great company, because they really do take care of us.

Ok, some neighbors complaint how expensive Holtzople can be, but boy, you don’t get such quality and service elsewhere. We have had them for decades and this year needed a new unit because ours was so old, and this latest model was installed in three days, right before that June heat wave hit. And you get two free inspections following installation to see that it is working optimally with the most incredible work force ever—on time, competent, polite, caring and oh so concerned that you are a satisfied customer. For our money, they don’t come any better! And you’d be amazed at the nos. of people who agree with us!

I selected Holtzople based on their outstanding reviews, Trane-certified/preferred installer status and numerous conversations with the gentleman (Josh) who helped select the systems I needed. Holtzople was able to acquire and install my new systems within a week. The installation team (Andrew, Shane, Eric, and Jake) was nothing short of excellent - very courteous, respectful of my property, privacy, and time.
