They did a fine job installing the heater itself, the problem was that they didn't tell us we would have to have a liner installed. This has caused excessive condensation which has destroyed at 2 times the chimney wall and the ceiling in the kitchen. Another concern was that when the roofer came to fix some things for us, he came in through the attic and had mentioned to us there was water standing and he was concerned there would be mold. I have yet to have someone out to inspect for mold. <br /> <br /> I have since had a competitor come and install the liner, and they fixed the venting so it would vent through one opening, rather than two, which was what the installation manual called for. $689 was the charge, for the competitor. <br /> <br /> Their comment to me when I made them aware of their error was that my house is probably old, and full of condensation anyways.

It was a very positive experience. Their prices were reasonable. They were very professional. The person I spoke to was very friendly. The person who came to work for us did not take any breaks while installing the unit. I never had any problems with him. The unit is holding up fine. The company sent us coupons and thank you cards. It's a great company. I would recommend them to others as well. I would use their services in the future also.
