The job turned out GREAT. From the time of the first estimate, through the finish of the job, the company was first rate. All workers were on time, polite and courteous when on the premises. The owner helped w/ suggestions that were insightful and helpful. They finished ahead of schedule and stayed below budget, that's right I said below budget! The company / owner provided constant updates and kept me abreast of all pending situations / issues. I would highly recommend this company and personally plan to use them again in the future.

Luke was extremely professional, polite and honest. He arrived to give me my estimate when promised. The work was started when scheduled and the projects were completed on time. The team was highly skilled, efficient, polite and productive. Another thing that impressed me was when I wanted additional work done on my third floor bonus room and Luke convinced me it would not look good. He could have just done the work...very inspiring! The pricing was extremely reasonable, in fact they were over $1,000.00 less on the pavers than my previous estimate?and they installed more sq. ft. The design was terrific! I recommend Home Balance Corp highly!
