Final product was excellent and was happy with both the garage interior and roofing work quality. Some hiccups with respect to project length and costs but again happy with the end product. Kept us apprised of changes as they occurred and was forthright about costs which we appreciated.

DO NOT HIRE KAYODE! Kayode advised that he would do the work himself. He didn't do anything himself. He is a general contractor. He prided himself in being a good project manager. He was terrible. Timeline: Wanted to start on Friday, didn't show up till Saturday, dropped off stuff and didn't start working till Sunday. Worked for two weeks on the wall in the basement. Had about 10 men in and out of my house, all times of the day. Anytime that Kayode said he was going to be at our house he showed up late, or not at all. Very poor communication regarding when he was going to work, what work he was going to do. He lied to us about when he was going to be at our house and when the work was going to be done. He would have random people come to my house and the Kayode would leave, and leave them alone in my house! A week after the project started, he decided he needed to get bids to do the drywall. Seriously? He said he was going to be done after a week. He had to hire another team to do the taping and mudding for the drywall. That team was very fast and got it all done in about 5 hours. Why did everything else take so long? We waited another two days for Kayode to organize or do the orange peel himself. Unfortunately he couldn't find someone AND he was not even capable to do the work himself. He was down to paint though, which he didn't even do in my house. The crew made a huge mess with drywall, dirt, messy hands, and they poured drywall down my bathroom sink. Two weeks after the job started We ended up firing Kayode before the job was finished. We had to do the orange peel, paint the wall and ceiling, trim and hang a door, by ourselves. DO NOT HIRE KAYODE! Let me know if you want to talk, I'd be happy to give you more details.

I have had a lot of comments from my neighbors wanting to know who did the work. He did a lot of extra work. He did more than what we agreed upon, which was wonderful. He is very reasonably priced. He mows my lawn every other week.
