We had a major water leak After dry out we needed a company to re build our home Armscraft Construction was refereed to us by a company we used for water mitigation We contacted Armscraft and ask them to come out and give us an estimate We got 3 estimates and end up hiring Armscraft Everything went great We are very happy with final results. We been planning a whole house remodel and 450 sf addition since last year. We put bids out to 5 contractors. Two of them came referred others we found online. I was very nervous about this project but when we met Edgar and Mike from Armscraft I immediately felt at easy. Meeting went very well. We felt very confident and decided to go with Armscraft Construction They start as planed and finish 2 weeks early. All crew members were on the job site everyday on time. Everyday they were cleaning their debris before they go home. Edgar ,our contractor , was there everyday sometimes even 2-3 times a day. From the minute we sign the contract until now we never doubted our decision to hire Armscraft I will highly recommend them for any job you may have .

It's been over one year since I worked with Armscraft Construction on my last project. This time I hired them to convert out garage to ADU. They handle everything from A to Z blue prints, permits, construction and even gas company and ladwp. I really appreciate the work done by Edgar and his team. We ended up stripping up carpet and completely replacing subfloor--lots of unevenness and squeaking and earlier patches. Then put it in new laminate flooring. Edgar was super responsive and helpful and they got the job done very quickly. Would absolutely use them again. Not rating price because the other bids I got didn't get to point of including subfloor replacement, so I'm not sure how they would measure up.

After meeting with 3 contractors we decided to get a last quote from Armscraft. Mike came out next day to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Few days later we received a details estimate ,which was very reasonable. We decided to go with armscraft and had Mike to come back one more time to explain the whole process and to give us more details. Project started and finished as planned. They build a beautiful redwood patio, paint our kitchen cabinets, new master bathroom with custom tile work and frameless shower door, hardwood floor and much more. We are very fussy when it comes to details but workmanship was outstanding. Thank you Armscraft for a great work.

Edgar gave us a great quote, and extended his own supply discounts to ensure that our renovations kept to budget. Along the way we found a number of new developments which Edgar quickly helped us navigate at minimum expense. It's hard to find any contractor willing to take on a small scale project, and typically when they do, remodelling is not as cost effective as it is with larger projects. Armscraft was determined to help us at every stage, and the end result was a remodel which looked as good or better than one at twice it's price. Prompt, punctual, and doggedly honest, Edgar proved his work and reputation over a number of larger competitors. I'll gladly have him bid on any future project at any one of our multiple units.

We have 90-year-old hardwood floors in our 1924 Craftsman style home, and they were severely damaged. The wood was grey, raw and splintering. Edgar's team refinished out floor, and it completely transformed the look and feel of our house. They completed the entire transformation in 1 week, on time and on budget. I highly recommend Armscraft Construction and have already used them for another project (full kitchen remodel).

Edgar is a great contractor! He is very  professional, thorough and works non stop 7 days a week to get the job done on time. We particularly loved that he went shopping with us to make sure the materials we picked would work in the space. We were out of town for most of the project so it was important that he is a great communicator, always returns calls, text and email in a timely manner. He even sent pictures of progress and issues that came up along the way. In the end the home turned our amazing and we will definitely be working with him again. <br />

Edgar at Armscraft Construction was great to work with! He and his crew showed up on time (actually a little early) every day, got right to work, and finished exactly when I was told they would be done. My hardwood floors are original to my 1924 house and probably hadn't been refinished or tended to in at least 30 years. Now the floors look brand new! Not a single stain from before is left.  <br /> We are thrilled with the work by Armscraft and will definitely use them in the future. <br />

This is my second project with this company, and their work doesn't stop amazing me. The quality of their work is absolutely astonishing, I couldn't be more satisfied. For me quality comes first and then cost. Their bid for my projects were lower than competing bids, so I was happy to pay for their professionalism. Armscraft did a great job of remodeling our master bedroom and bathroom.The quality of the work is excellent.They accomplished everything we needed and wanted on time and on budget. All crew members were honest , responsive , and easy to work with. They delivered everything as promised and were reasonable on extra work we added. The project is half way done but i can highly recommend and thank them for a well done job. We're starting rest of the house next week. I'll post another review when it done. <br />

Armscraft Construction did a very nice job remodeling my master bathroom for a rational price in a reasonable amount of time.  Armscraft recognized the value of my preliminary work preparing the design, drawings and tile & fixture purchase lists, which alleviated the need for design consultation, fancy graphics or hand-holding at retailers.  Despite this, many of the 10 other contractors I interviewed included those services in their estimates anyway.  Also, while most of the other contractors clearly included a charge in their estimates for ?hidden problems? without offering to remove or amend it should few or none materialize, Armscraft was happy to add the charge for extra work and materials onto the final project payment, describing and photographing each instance.  Best of all, primary owner Edgar Manvelyan maintained a refreshing can-do enthusiasm that really drove the project.  From the outset, Mr. Manvelyan?s attitude said he wanted the job and wanted to do it well.  And his experience, price and proposed schedule reinforced this impression.  During the process (even before the contract was signed), he responded quickly to any questions or issues I brought up and kept me well informed.  Everyone who worked on the project was talented, extremely professional and very polite.  I was completely comfortable with Mr. Manvelyan?s colleagues and subcontractors in my home, which makes it especially easy to recommend Armscraft.  The only wrinkles in the process were due to logistical challenges such as the small room size and parking limitations but the tradesmen handled those well, truly performing like a team.  Overall, I?m very happy with the results and would certainly hire Armscraft again. <br />

Edgar and team were honest, friendly, hard-working and offered much needed guidance and advise as this was my first experience with a construction project.
