I hired him for a large house remodel. His partner gave me a reasonable bid so I hired him. I didn't realize that the job was actually subcontracted and his "partner" was not Angi certified. It started out well but I could tell the job was way too big for him. The tile work, floors, and cabinets were subcontracted to capable persons. He hung drywall well but things went downhill from there. He tried to rush the project because it was taking longer than he expexted, and started doing things out of order. The wall texture was substandard and, he hurried to get it painted before the floors were installed but didn't succeed. The crew he had were not professional painters and the trim and doors are covered with runs and rough spots and they splashed paint all over my brand new floors, which they neglected to clean up. When they left they said they would be back to finish but failed to show leaving plumbing, electrical, and appliances undone. I had to hire someone to finish putting me way

It went great. He did great work and was very friendly. I would definitely hire again.

My central air-conditioning was no triggering the blower to circulate cooler air throughout the house. After testing some things Eric found that a capacitor was bad and replaced it with one that worked until I could order the correct capacitor. When the recommended capacitor came in he changed them out. I was pleased about his knowledge and abilities to troubleshoot, find the problem and come up with temporary and permanent solutions.

Everything went wonderful. The workers were nice and clean. Very attentive to detail and made sure I was satisfied. I will be hiring them again.
