Homecraft Builders are very professional and responsive to individual needs. We met three times. Twice at my house and once at Oldenkamp to view all the cabinetoptions. They are excellent. The design was tweaked to fit my individual wants and needs. <br />

I wasn't very happy with them. He came out promptly and took measurements. It took much longer and he said that I would have the design within a week. A week passed and I still didn't have it. I called and he said he sent it to me. It took over a month to receive the design. He said he would send me a couple of different designs and he sent me one. He said that once I signed the contract, he could send the other designs. The contract he sent me didn't have a breakdown. I told him that I wanted a breakdown and he said he couldn't do it, so I wasn't happy with him. The price was a good deal.

Provided great service. I liked the 3D drawing, helped me to see what the end result would look like and gave me more ideas on what I could potentially do in the space. <br /> They provided a cost estimate to do all the work. The only reason I did not go with them was cost and what I wanted to budget the job for. I also enjoy home improvement work and wanted to do much of the work on my own. <br />

It turned out to be not very well. It took them six weeks to actually schedule the inspection or the visit after I bought it. I think I bought it in November and it did not happen until January. Maybe I bought it in December but it was almost two months before they scheduled the visit. And then it took them weeks to get the thing back to me and then when they did, it was not really what we had discussed during the visit. So I was not very pleased at all. So I just decided, because it took so long to get them to do the visit and so long to get the actual rendering, that I was not going to use them for any kind of renovation. <br /> <br /> I will tell friends and family that I would not recommend them.

We do apologize for the time in between your appointment and delivering the renderings. Due to the overwhelming amount of business we receive for our 3d renderings, it can take longer than expected to manage these all at once. There is never an excuse for you to not receive the product you expect, but we apologize for the mishap. We are more than happy to provide your 3D rendering with any changes you would like. We recognize that the first draft isn't always exactly the way you'd like. If there is anything we can do to assist in making your remodeling and renovation ideas a reality, we will do everything within our ability. Thank you again."

We got the email after we purchased the service right away but they were slow to schedule the initial appointment (that was around the holidays). After the appointment, it took several weeks to get the drawing for review, they told me they were swamped by the response they received. When I would call to get an update everyone was nice and professional. We have tried to schedule a time to sit down and review the price for labor but again, it seems to be taking a little longer than expected and we have not received a call about ANY possible times to meet. <br />

We ordered a $49.00 3-D rendering and home consultation from this company on November 21, 2014. After multiple exchanges back and fourth we were able to set up an evaluation on December 12, 2014 <br /> We were told that we would have everything we needed for the project in 7-10 days. Email sent 12/29 asking for follow up on their end to get their information around. <br /> 1/12 Second Request sent asking where the drawing and quote was and when we could expect to see it. <br /> 1/15 Response sent back from this company with the 3-D drawing and a full priced out quote. We still have some selections to make with the builder with regards to cabinets to get costs finalized. Overall happy with the quote and the 3-D drawing. We have to make a few modifications to get it exactly how we want it but we are working through that together.

It went okay. We haven't had the work done yet. It took them a little while. We're still thinking about what we want to do. Everybody was friendly and so forth. The only thing is I think it took longer than I thought it was going to, as far as getting the product back. They came on time.

I hired HomeCraft Builders to remodel my master bath. I have an older home and everything was outdated. Marcin headed the project and was able to turn my vision into reality! He is very skilled and knowledgeable and overall was wonderful to work with. My bath turned out amazing! I would recommend HomeCraft to anyone looking to upgrade their space.

Homecraft was fast to call me back and provided us with plans and a bid within a few days. They were easy to work with, had great ideas along the way, were punctual, cleaned up daily and finished all the tiny details on time and within budget. We were so impressed with their work on our basement suite that we had them re-tile an existing bath and shower along with a custom designed shower enclosure. I had looked at box store glass enclosures for several years, trying to decide on how to redo the shower but I never found anything I liked. Homecraft took a look at the old bathroom and drew up a new shower and door design based on my wish list and had the glass doors made at a reasonable cost. I had always wanted the heavy 1/2" glass but wasn't able to find it anywhere, but Homcraft did and it turned out beautiful. They convinced me to put the glass door on pivots so we wouldn't have a track which I'm so glad we did - it's easy to keep clean and looks very sheek. We're very satisfied with our finished rooms and the quality of the craftsmanship is evident. The window glass they replaced is also functioning fine and the seal is still good months later. So much cheaper than a new window or what the window company quoted us to fix it.
