Came when they promised cleaned up well and the job looks good. Would choose them again for other projects.

They handled every aspect with complete professionalism. They made helpful suggestions and did not nickel and dime on small changes I made. I've used Home Crafters before so I had complete faith in them and once again, they did not disappoint.

They did a fantastic job! There was a substantial glitch towards the end of the job. Jim resolved it within 90 minutes and had another workman there within hours. Photo was taken before plumbing fixtures were installed, it shows tile work only.

They came when scheduled and were professional in every respect. Not only did they do the job well but they found several other problems which they fixed after asking me. I have no reservations about recommending them as a result of my experience.

Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service.

We are so pleased with Home Crafters! We have no complaints! The work began earlier than we had expected, and it was finished before the estimated completion date! The workers were courteous, and focused on getting the job done -- right! The deck turned out beautiful! Jim was always available and ready to answer any questions or concerns. We would not hesitate in recommending services from Home Crafters!

The owner was courteous and friendly, and was able to do the work quickly. I'm extremely satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend.

During a day when everyone in Pittsburgh was having a leak, they were the only ones to call me back. They came that afternoon to stop the leak and rip out the small area of dry wall. They replaced the part of the roof that needed to be fixed within a week and also repaired the affected area inside the house within a week. I had to call them a few times to remind them to come back to finish the work, but the owner was very sick, so he had a good reason. The job was reasonably priced and they did an A+ job. Highly recommend. <br />

We contacted Home Crafters and Chris came out to give us an estimate on November 24th, which was the week of Thanksgiving.  He promised us a contract and breakdown of costs by the following Monday by email.  After reviewing and signing we agreed to have Home Crafters do the work and he said it would be at least two weeks for them to start the work as long as it was not raining.  Much to our surprise, two roofers were sent to our home on that Thursday and they completed the work by Friday afternoon.  Everything went extremely well and we would definitely contact them in the future if needed.  (One thing to note is that we have seen the repairs via pictures but are unsure of whether or not it will leak since we haven't had rain.) <br /> <br /> <br />

After receiving several estimates (which varied by the thousands, so do your research) we went with Home Crafters because the owner Jim seemed very knowledgeable and honest. We liked the fact that he and his own crew would be directly working on our project and not a sub contractor. He also provided examples of homes in the area that would could drive by and see. That was a big selling point, as these homes looked great! His crew showed up on time each day and Jim stayed in contact with us throughout the process. Very happy with the results! <br />

The contact and follow-up by Jim was timely and professional.The work was completed in the time estimated and the quality of work was superb. Matt was terrific, both in his work quality and demeanor. He created minimal debris when he worked and he also cleaned up his area each night before leaving. <br />I also used Home Crafters last Fall and their work was top-notch then, as well. We plan on having some more work done in the near future and I will certainly call on them again. <br />

Job went well. Promptly received quote. Chris stopped one evening to confirm color match was acceptable. Started job when they said they would. Gutters look great. One minor issue-the downspout collars were installed with bar code labels on them. I phoned Chris to notify him and someone came within the week to remove them. <br />

The job went well the house looks great after all work that was done . I love the added over hangs on the house ! <br />

A year ago, they probably started to do the work at the end of last December 2012. I believe that it paid around $20000. Not quite an awning, it was just that our roof did not have an extra foot of the back of it, protect from water getting into our windows and going down through the sidings, our house was made with that one. So, it was an extra foot that was in the back of the entire roof. They were very reliable and friendly. Some of the days were down and select the 20 of last December when they were working and they still would show up and do it much because they could in the freezing cold. Now, as well, there was one little issue we had after everything was done about a week later, something is trying to look a little bit loose, we called them up, they sent somebody out immediately to fix the problem. They had occurred for us. They did a really nice job with the siding, everything looks great, and they work in the freezing cold and came as they needed to, definitely for few hours each day, as much work as they put down as they could. We had people come as well and they were still like all comfortable to everybody that came. They did a really nice job.

They were prompt. Chris was very easy to work with. They returned my calls immediately. They did the job well and the clean up was also done well.

Jim was very professional throughout the entire process. Was on time for any meetings and if he needed to change the date or time of any meeting, he gave me plenty of notice that a change was needed. Workers were professional and courteous. During our initial meeting Jim brought samples of gutter and siding material and explained the differences between the products.  I had 3 other estimates for the work and Jim was the only one that brought samples. <br /> When the bulk of the work was completed, Jim met with me and created a punch list of touch up items that needed to be done and completed that work in a timely manor. <br /> Two minor disappointments: <br /> 1. Workers doing the soffit/gutters piled their ladders and other materials on top of some of the shrubbery in the front of the house when they had finished work for the day. <br /> 2.  There was a mistake with the size of the shutters ordered for the windows, the shutters were installed even though they were not the correct size.  Jim was very apologetic, ordered the correct size and offered to compensate me for the inconvenience. <br /> I am very, very pleased with the work that was done by Home Crafters, my wife and I love how the house looks and would definitely recommend them and use them again. <br /> <br />
