The installation went smoothly and was uneventful. The installers were courteous, professional, and very respectful of my home and belongings.

Great. Work was done on time and within budget. David Scott was very helpful at all stages of the job, even to the point of re-installing my blinds. I am very happy especially during the heat wave we are suffering. The double pane windows help to keep the heat out.

We were really impressed with David and the company. David contacted me directly to offer his services on a quote. David gave a great presentation about the company and the prices of the services provided. David was in touch with us through the whole process and worked with us to set up the payment process. David let us know if there were any hick-ups with the windows being completed and the process of the install. With the install, the workers were prompt with coming in and getting the windows install. The workers cleaned up after themselves and the after inspection was thorough. I will definitely recommend Crystal Factory for any other window repairs. They are friendly and considerate with their customers and just an awesome company all around.

I absolutely love Crystal Windows, I have a lot of traffic going in and out of my house through the tenants that live here and my old Pella windows couldn’t hold up to my standards. Crystal windows have perfect fitment to the window frames and the screen doors move smoothly. There’s a noticeable sound barrier protection as well as energy savings each month.
