Very well. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. If I had any criticism it would be that a few minor details were missed during implementation and they left some trash in the house because they were in such a hurry. But the work was fast and there is a noticeable difference in the heat retention of our house which I’m very happy about. They also managed all the regulatory paperwork which allowed us to get a 7.5k rebate from BGE for the work performed. The check just arrived yesterday

Bob the owner helped me through the whole process from having the audit done on my home and did the insulation work as well. His crew was also polite and hard working, they got the job done when they said they would and I’m so pleased with the results ! My home is the same temperature on every level and my energy bill is lower then it’s ever been. Thank you Bob and your team I will definitely be referring you to my friends and family.

The Energy audit crew were punctual. They expected time of the audit was within the time frame that they quoted. I received a overall evaluation and list of things of suggested that would help to improve the overall energy efficiency of my home along with rebates.

The people came and did audit and said they'd send me what they need to and help me get set up with an insulation company. Never followed up with me, I called to check and they said I'd be called back and never did. The next auditor said they didn't even see it on the BGE audit registry when I went with another company.

Fantastic. While a freak snowstorm caused a delay in starting the job, the crew were out for three full days (Thursday to Sunday) and did everything they promised. They cleaned up as they worked. Very polite crew and all seemed to know their jobs. The owners, Bob and Mike, were present on the job each day. They went over everything with us once the work was completed. I am sure the huge energy savings we hope for will amass to us. There was a bit of a glitch in the beginning with confusing communications, but it all worked out to our satisfaction. These guys know what they are doing.

We originally purchased an Angie's List deal for an attic inspection, in an attempt to find and address areas of heat loss in our home. HELP recommended sealing around the attic and then adding cellulose insulation on top of the existing fiberglass insulation. After we received a written estimate, we scheduled the work. On the appointment day, the two-person crew arrived within an hour of their estimated start time, and worked for about 4 hours sealing and pumping the insulation into the attic. They left the workspace clean after the work was completed. Our upstairs definitely feels warmer, and we hope to see a difference in our heating bill.

The company advertised via ANGIE’S LIST. I paid for the service but the company never came out to perform the service. Several attempts to contact the company were made but it was always an answering machine. Later to determine that this company is hoax scheme. To this day the company has still not contacted me and has not performed the services I paid for via Angie’s List

Was okay, took a while to get the report. I would say they came out a like a month later but it took like a another 6 weeks to get the report after it was done. Well I'd say the coming out doing the service was an A but the follow up would be a B. It was thorough, they changed light bulbs, they changed water fixtures, I thought that was really good. Recommended improvements, follow up report much more timely. They came when they said they were going to come.

Very professional, on time, great communication, thorough examination of my home. This is an absolute requirement for any home owner. The equipment they provide (LED lights, low flow equipment, pipe insulation) is well worth the fee to have the audit conducted.

Two people were at the house for over 3 hours for the evaluation and did a professional and thorough job. We received a comprehensive report and estimate for corrective action. We hired them to do the work and again they were professional and thorough. They blew attic insulation to R49, installed an exhaust fan, wrapped ventilation ducts and sealed air paths. Our home is much more energy efficient and comfortable now.

My dryer has been taking forever, and had my husband go out to check the vent. They sprayed foam insulation into my dryer vent. I had the appliance guy telling me the modules are bad and would cost 900.00. I would not recommend them.

They are efficient. They were really quiet. It was really surprising because I work from home and people usually make some noise. But I couldn't hear these guys walking up and down the stairs. I thought that was good. I told them I was working. It took about three or four hours. They were pretty thorough with everything.
