I had problems with scheduling and they didn’t show up when they said they would. I honestly do not know if they ever came and cleaned my gutters there was no communication to let me know they were here if they did.

It went ok. I specifically asked them to be here when I was home, but they came when I was not there.  They were unresponsive when I brought this to their attention and that I also wanted them to plug in the wire on my roof that melts the ice. The gutters are up high, so I couldn’t confirm how well they did on the job.

They were not so great. They didn’t schedule with me but came out when I was at work one day. The only problem was they did it before the leaves fell because my house is surrounded by trees. There wasn’t much in there to clean. I called the guy and he said that he was in the neighborhood so he went and did it and promised me that he would come back out in the season. But when I called, their phone numbers didn’t work so I don’t even know if they are still in the business. They should have scheduled the appointment.

We ordered the doors in August. They were supposed to be installed in September. They were installed in February. Between September and February, one primary issue between the dealer (Home Energy Resource Solutions) and the manufacturer (HMI) caused us to have just an exterior door with no storm door installed, which, in turn, caused us to run space heaters that ran up our heating bill. <br /> 1. All involved were very professional, beginning with the salesman, who wrote up the order correctly. <br /> 2. The exterior door was made incorrectly to swing the wrong way by HMI. The manufacturer and dealer said (but I disagreed) that the door could simply be turned and have all the hardware reinstalled, but I did not want a bunch of unnecessary holes in the door nor did I think I deserved a bunch of unnecessary holes in my brand new door. <br /> 3. Basically, the dealer and manufacturer duked it out over several months. <br /> 4. The doors could not be installed during the extremely cold weather. <br /> 5. Finally they were installed. <br /> 6. The dealer agreed to give me a break on the price. The price above does NOT reflect the break in price. That is between me and the dealer; however, I believe it was fair. I also believe the original price was fair had the doors been installed as promised. <br /> 7. We do think a better effort should have been made to install the doors sooner. We felt that we had to do too much calling to track down the location of the doors and fight to get the new door. We had to call HMI ourselves, even though we ordered through a dealer. <br />

It was excellent. They were fine, quick, fast and clean. They did the job and didn't charge an extra. 

But I had additional work which they were supposed to follow up on.  Never did.

They did a really good job on the roof. It took a little longer than expected to complete. They got the job done in about a week and a half. The crew was really fast and I really liked them. They did a bang-up job. They did a good job of picking up everything when they were finished.

They were good. They were thorough and very polite. They were very professional and I would recommend them again. They sent 2 people out to do the job.

It was very hard to get ahold of the contact person, and I was not given honest information. There seemed to be a disconnect between the service that was promised the customer and what the workers thought they were supposed to do.

BUT  I HAVE NO PROOF BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY CAME WHEN I WAS NOT THERE.  THEY MISSED THE SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

<p>I wasn't really excited about it, they came and cleaned up the gutters but one of the downspouts was not attached and they did not re-attach it so the maintenance wasn't really done well. They did not charge any extra for the work they did. They completely missed the maintenance that needed to be done on the downspout. </p>

First meeting was fine.  Professional.  We mutually decided it was too early to clean my gutters.  He said he would call me in a month.  I asked him to quote on additional work when he came back.  He didn't call back.  I had to call several times.  When he finally came I wasn't  notified.  They just climbed on the roof and blew out the gutter with a leaf blower.  My gutters have gutter guards so it would be impossible to actually clean the gutter w/o removing the guards which he didn't.  I had also asked him to check the downspouts to see if they were clogged (which they were and he didn't)  I also never received the additional quotes that I requested. <br />

It took them a while to get out to my home to start the service. We also asked him to do some additional work but he never contacted us back about that. However, he was very professional and knowledgeable on his field. I was pleased with the outcome of the service.

Purchased the special they advertised for gutter cleaning and minor repairs. They did not reach out to me as indicated in the deal, so I eventually reached out to them via phone and e-mail. Did not receive any type of response for about two weeks. Suddenly, I received a call indicating a team was at my house to clean the gutters. It left me surprised as I had not heard from the company and did not schedule an appointment. As I had work, I was not able to meet the team, point out which gutters were to be cleaned or to verify the work was actually done. Ultimately, I climbed a ladder and checked the gutters. The gutters were clean, but better upfront communication would have made for a better experience.
