Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
On 3/10/2026 I got my roof and gutters replaced by Home Genius Exteriors. The service I got from them was fantastic. From the initial consult with Chandler M. and follow up with Derrick C. made the experience feel great. Ultimately it came down to Stephen O. and his two crews, one for roofing the other for the gutter install, made everything run very smoothly. When questions were raised by the crew Stephen quickly gave me a call. Stephen always kept me informed when he will be at my house and the status of the work being done. I rarely have seen the professionalism by other contractors and crew that I saw with Stephen and his crews. When I get more work done, I hope that Stephen is one in charge of the crews.

Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing - Install or Replace
Steve O. and crew did a great job installing my roof. My initial review stated a window screen and patio furniture cover were torn during the removal of the old roof. At the time I completed the first review I was waiting for complete resolution before providing 5 stars. Steve O. is a great project manager that promptly resolved the issues. I appreciate his follow up and thorough resolutions. Great job!

Every Thang went good in an out in one day an clean work only one thing the salesman promised me before an after pictures to show me there work an I never got the pictures

I had my roof and trim done, the crew was good workers. Jon was my project manager he sent the crew out at night to ensure a storm wouldn't damage anything and that was outstanding! My project came out excellent it was an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend.

I was so disappointed . The siding color I wanted was brown . This a gray. Only 2 workers, they were Spanish so I could not understand them. I originally was told and shown that the siding and overhang coverings were included in price which I consider too high. Finally got siding up and then told overhangs were separate and another $4500. Is 18,000 not enough with so called military discount. Supposedly would of been 22,000
