Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
* Fall 2025 low slope roof torn off and replaced
* 6 months later (2026) reported major roof leaks
* 2 months after reporting - new team came out and had to tear entire new roof off
* 3 holes and wood damage the first Home genius COLUMBUS crew just rolled peoduct over had to be repaired
They sent the first crew out that had questionable ethical workmanship and did not know or follow the owens Corning Installation instructions.
* They DO NOT bring or REPLACE ROOF WITH THE CONTRACTED & purchased MATERIAL. We had no clue until the top cap product came up on roof and realized that it wasn't right.
* They did work with us to get resolution as half the roof was done at the point werealized there was no discussion of substituting and product or color
* They do not proactively call you,, you have to struggle to get them to respond
*The lack of skill or knowledge of the original team they sent was ethically wrong for this comp

All I had to do was clear the access to the attic and they were in and out in about two hours. Cleared the old insulation and a significant mess that had been left by raccoons before we got that part sealed off, and installed a full application of new insulation then cleaned up on their way out. Professional and neat, I'm quite satisfied with the work.

The crew showed up each day as promised. I was surprised at how many crew members there were, but it made the work go more quickly and smoothly. Fortunately we had good weather each day so they were able to complete our siding project in 3-1/2 days.

Great experience, and worked with us to get our new roof with terms that work for our budget. The whole job was done in 2 days. Workers were very courteous, and cleaned up so well it was hard to see how much work was done.

I had a roof inspection and was lied to saying the under boards were mildewing and the hole roof needed replaced. Then when they were replacing they argued and proved that the boards were just green and very solid. It's been about a year and my roof is still leaking and I can not get help. At one point was told "go ahead and report me. I am the boss and I'll throw the report away" Once I found the real boss he ignored all my issues and I still have a leaking roof! Wrote this review and got a phone call. Upon returning the call the receptionist didn't know how to connect me to the person that reached out. Confusion throughout the whole company.

End result was fantastic. Project mgr was great. She kept on top of things. The first crew did all the siding but would not do the window trim. Project mgr got another crew to finish it up. They were great. Only hiccups were the dryer vent got pushed back into laundry room and a hole was made in one of the kitchen window which the project manager made right. My house looks brand new.
