Home Genius Exterior is all about customer service. From the beginning to the end of the job everything was professionally completed. They are all about making the customer happy. Andrew who was in charge of my job made sure I was completely happy. He answered question I had as they came up! Could not ask for a better job. His crew was professional from taking off my old roof to working til dark to put the new roof on. They cleaned up after to my satisfaction. Andrew came back out this morning to over clean up answer questions and take pictures! He made sure I was completely satisfied!

The overall work looked good, but the leak reoccurred. I have reached out several times regarding my warranty, and STILL no one has returned to complete the repair. I will not choose them for any future services.

I don't even know where to start. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I can't trust any of the positive reviews I've seen online or anywhere else because my own experience has been so terrible. I started my siding project in July 2024 thinking it would be done in 8 weeks at the latest. It's now almost mid-October and the project still isn't finished. The promises they make in their brochures are all lies. They claim to have a dedicated project team that will answer all your questions, ensure a smooth project, and exceed your expectations. None of that has been true in my experience. There have been constant issues and delays, and now I'm stuck on a 3-day hold because they failed to order the necessary materials. I've already waited 3 months just to figure out where the materials are, and now I have to wait even longer for them to arrive. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with this company. The problems just keep piling up with this project. Currently, I'm facing a 3-day delay because the company failed to order the essential materials needed to finish the job. After waiting three long months for the materials to arrive, I was shocked to discover that, three to four days into the project, they still didn't have everything required to complete the job. The lack of communication and updates from the company only added to my frustration. I strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been filled with disappointment and setbacks, and as I write this review with my project still unfinished, my hopes for a satisfactory completion are dwindling. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company.

It went great! Took 2 days, which was expected. Chad our project manager was awesome. Kept us abreast of everything that was going on. Explained what was happening if we had questions. Cleaned up property like they said they would, which was nice to see. Inspected everything when project was done and we signed off. Now off to the siding project and gutters, being done by same company in a few weeks. Roof looks amazing! I would totally refer them to my family and friends.
