Todd and Melanie both came out, Todd promised to build me a screen in porch and assured me it will be done right the first time. Well, after going over numbers and ideas. I paid the deposit and ordered all supplies. Todd then started to tear down my previously patio, now it?s not up to code per our county. Todd started going through relationship issues with Melanie and quit my job after picking up my supplies. I was verbally told by Melanie that he has done this to a previous customer and she had to pay money back to the customer. So save yourself the headache and money by NOT going with this company.

I had a fantastic experience with home heroes they treated my small project like it was a $100000 renovation they were professional reasonably priced and the customer service was great from begging to end. Tod and melanie were very professional and I would recommend them highly Cyrus Milner.

I had services from Home Hero for assembling and furnishing my house. The service was excellent. The communication and response from Todd and Melanie of the company was seasonally great and I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to have a similar project to what we had.

Job wasn’t as promise. Paid $916 for a still leaking new door and a contractor that refused to acknowledge his Warranty work.

My 45-year-old deck is prone to rotted wood and rusted nails. It is not an easy job to replace these joists with little head room available. Todd did a wonderful job of replacing this deck wood and some bad siding on the house. He is prompt, efficient and thorough. I will not hesitate to hire him in the future.

I'd give Home Hero 24/7 ten stars if I could. Todd was professional, knowledgable, and smart in his approach to getting my attic door functioning. He has a wonderful demeanor. His scheduler / administrator Melanie has been lovely to speak with as well. The springs of the attic door had been detached and the door did not have enough tension to stay closed. Home Hero 24/7 was one of 4 companies that I had asked about making the repair. Two of the other 3 companies would have gone with the more expensive option of replacing the door without even trying to figure out a way to reattach the springs. The third company would have charged me a significant amount of money to even come out and try. It took Todd under 20 minutes to get from his truck to my door, evaluate the problem, actually fix the problem, and speak with me about the next project I need completed. Home Hero 24/7 will now be my go-to company when I need a handyman.

It went very well. Todd was very professional and thorough. Melanie was great setting up my appointment in a timely manner. Overall it was a stress-free pleasant experience. I will be calling on them again in the future.

Todd came out to give an estimate on repairs for my deck. He was knowledgeable and professional. I hired him in the spot. Within a few hours, my deck was repaired and replaced a section seamlessly and neatly done. I'd hire him again without reservations for the next project I think I can do but realize professionals are the better route.
