Unfortunately we started to experience some rain water leaking into our upstairs ceilings. Our roof was last replaced about 20 years ago so I knew it was probably time to have it looked at. I did the usual...I reached out to three companies to have them take a look and provide estimates for a full replacement. HomeHero was one of the three companies. I spoke to Matt and set up an appointment. He came out, got up on the roof and even looked in our attic to see what the condition of the roof was. I am a stickler when it comes to communication and returned calls / emails. Matt is A++++. Super responsive! After receiving the quotes back from the 3 companies I decided to go with HomeHero. After signing the contract they were out the next week to install the roof!! Their crew was respectful of my property, did an awesome job removing the old shingles and installing the new roof. They pride themselves on the clean up afterward. I couldn't be happier with the job that they did. The roof looks great. JR is the foreman that oversees the crew and he is also great to work with. I called a couple of companies about my leaky roof. I was very happily surprised at how quickly HomeHero responded to me. They were able to come out same day and had an estimate written up the next day. Matt was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. We used HomeHero Roofing for a skylight window replacement. We had noticed that there was a leak coming in from around the skylight. Matt was very responsive and did an immediate inspection of the entire roof. The skylight replacement was scheduled and completed in a couple of days.
