Home inspection professionals were awesome - my family has a lot of experience in home maintenance and repair, and the inspector demonstrated excellent knowledge. They were easy to communicate with and the cost of the inspection was very reasonable.

Inspector very friendly, fast working and mostly thorough. He allowed me to follow him around, showing me the issues as he discovered them. The one area of my elderly aunt and uncle's mobile home I was most concerned about, however, The spare bathroom, he did not identify the root cause of the subfloor collapsing between toilet and bathtub. Told me there was no sign of water damage, which was true on the surface, but turns out a leaking tub and toilet are most likely the cause as determined by a contractor estimate to fix the floor- he had to pull the carpet back to see what was going on. Would have been really helpful to have identified this before calling in the wrong kind of contractors to do estimates to fix floor.

Luis arrived right on time, was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He checked everything out with close attention to detail and provided a professional, all-encompassing report the very same day. Luis provided thoughtful recommendations for improving energy efficiency as well as other areas. I would recommend this company to anyone, without reservation and I will definately use them again!

Anthony was extremely responsive and informative. He called me right away and was able to do the inspection the next day. He also provided the report the same day. He was very professional. Anthony found some issues that we did not know about. He was also able to set our minds at ease with his evaluation of the roof and AC unit which are a bit older, but have been well maintained. It was a great overall experience. Anthony called about the same time I set my phone down after requesting a quote. He was able to come out the next day. He had a 1 hour delay in coming to the appointment but called with plenty of advanced notice which I appreciated. The price was less than what I was expecting based on previous inspections I’ve had at the home. He was very knowledgeable and quick. I received the reports the next day via email. I’m very happy with the service and would both recommend Home Inspection Professionals and I would use them again.

Anthony Galvez was fantastic from start to finish. He was easy to contact, was able to come out on short notice and very friendly. He really spent a good amount of time thoroughly inspecting the property. I felt confident nothing was left un-noted. In the past, I’ve had too many inspectors scare buyers away with telling them about issues but not taking the time to explain. This was not the case with Anthony. He was great at communicating with my buyer about issues that appeared and gave recommendations. I highly recommend his company to any home owner, home buyer and realtor. His prices where very competitive. Excellent attention to detail and he showed impeccable professionalism. when I got the report back it was laid out perfectly. It was easy to read and very detailed. Home Inspection Professionals will definitely be my go to inspectors from here on out.

Anthony and his team were professional from the moment I first got on the phone with them. I consider myself very demanding, throughout the whole ordeal my questions were answered. sometimes right away and sometimes a little later but I always had an update. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The service provided by Anthony was beyond excellent and probably the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend these guys for home inspections if you are purchasing a home. I do not know much about the inspection process of the home but the report was sent to me within 24 hours and was extremely thorough and easy for me to understand. I was present for the inspection and Anthony and his partner showed me in person everything they noticed and gave me great advice on how to handle it. They are also the most personable and respectful people I've dealt with in the entire home buying process. The $350 I spent on the inspection just saved me thousands of dollars.
