Greg did an amazing job and was very reasonable about pricing. He was very thorough and even checked things we did think of for the safety of our toddler. His report was recieved quickly and he went over it with us on the phone after we recieved it.

We had a last minute reschedule do to tenant issues and he worked with us to get the inspection done the next day. He was 15 minutes early because he wanted to talk to the maintenance people before they went home for the day. He seems to be an experienced home inspector with a stellar work ethic. 10/10 would reccomend.

Gregory was very friendly, professional, thorough and extremely prompt at returning the inspection report earlier than expected. He explained the process from beginning to end very clearly. He is very knowledgeable and answered all questions with great detailed to make sure all parties understood. The report was easy to understand and he was readily available to respond to emails quickly and answer any questions needed to be addressed. He was easy to work with and I will use him again for the next home inspection. I would highly recommend Gregory to any and all home buyers!
