From the first call to the actual inspection, Chad was attentive and informative. He answered all my questions, explained what would be included, and squeezed me in with only a few days notice. I called with a few questions and he answered! The 87 page report, with full color photos was very detailed and easy to understand. I highly recommend this company, and specifically request Chad, if they have multiple inspectors.

We highly recommend Bryan, there are no other home inspectors who take their work as serious. The inspection report is the most comprehensive analysis we have ever seen for a home inspection to make one aware of all the issues that should be addressed. We were very fortunate to be highly recommended by our broker for the great work and dedication he have shown when inspecting the property. After the inspection, Bryan called us up since we were unable to be present and gave a detailed walk thru of the issues found and the recommended course of action.
