About us

I have a back round in construction and have owned my own construction company since 1987, having this much experience in construction helps my evaluation of homes while doing inspections, been on the tools as well as managing projects gives me a vast knowledge of how buildings go together and if a fault in a house is an easy fix or an expensive one. I do the Inspection myself so when you have questions you are dealing directly with me. Looking forward to working with you

Jim Was very professional and reliable . He found some construction problems that would of left me with some very expensive repairs if he had not highlighted these repairs to me . He was very truthful extremely detailed & patient true out his entire inspection . Jim took time and explain how to correct some of the issues and how much they would Roughly cost I want it. I would highly recommend Jim as he is a very honest home inspector. Tony

Jim is an excellent contractor and home inspector. Ive used him to remodel many rooms of my house and he’s the best contractor and carpenter Ive come across. My husband and I began using Judge Contracting, Inc., as a main contractor in 1986 when we purchased a 100-year-old handyman-special house. Among the countless jobs he completed for us were: replaced entire roof on separate garage; replaced termite-damaged kitchen floor; converted tiny bathroom and two small bedrooms into large bathroom, linen closet and nice-sized bedroom with dressing area and walk-in closet; converted a dilapidated back porch into a full bathroom and a eat-in area with bay window attached to kitchen; added a walk-in closet off the master bedroom. <br /> The fact that we have never used an different contractor in 28 years is the best recommendation we can give. <br /> <br />
