They were not the cheapest but in this case I certainly got what I paid for. There were two inspectors, Steve, a licensed roofer, and Dwayne, and HVAC guy. This was the most thorough home inspection that I have ever experienced. They took more than 200 photos to document their findings, actually went into every space in the house, and actually went up on the roof to inspect, which is unheard of. <br /> <br />They reviewed their findings as they went along and sent me a 45 page report the next day. Again, the detail makes me say wow... <br /> <br />Very professional and courteous, would highly recommend them to anyone in St. Clair County MI for their home inspection. Well worth the slightly higher cost for literally double the inspection. <br />

Perfect – all timing was spot on-3 inspector took approx 3 hrs for a through inspection. All were polite knowledgeable and very professional. Pricey – but got my monies worth. Most important – peace of mind.
