In Home Interior Design

I believe Michelle typically does a great job and I acknowledge that everything is about perception and clean is relative. We scheduled a deep clean for a move-in and I expected based on our conversations the use of certain cleaning products but was a bit disappointed when I didn’t see or smell any of those products. I saw a bottle of vinegar and Michelle did say that she used that mixed with water on our hardwood floors. There were several areas that were missed and Michelle and Heather very politely came back and cleaned them. I really like Michelle and the fact that she is a family woman but if I’m honest I was disappointed in the work. I hired her because I thought she was the best value for what we needed but I think that some personal tragedy may have affected the quality of the work. I hate even writing this review.

I've had maid service in my present home before so I compared the work recently provided by Steady Hands to the previous cleaning service. Steady Hands not only charged more for her work but did as little as possible in dusting, cleaning, mopping, etc. She didn't remove the trash from the small containers. Most of my furniture is wood and there is still dust on most of it. We will not have her back.

One Time Interior House Cleaning Michelle arrived on time and worked from the time she arrived, took a short break and finished the project. I did find some places she missed, but overall I am pleased with her work. She was friendly and overall did a good job. I would hire her again to do another cleaning project.

Pretty thorough job, though I did find things that were missed. Her fee was $30/hour for 5 hours. I liked her, but thought that was pretty expensive. She is a hard worker. Arrived on time and got straight to work. I may use her for a project (a junk room) in the future.

she work well but was on the phone. did not like that, work not talk. clean the windows well, and clean the rugs.

I hired Michelle to clean my son's college apartment, which I'm sure was much more dirty than most other cleaning jobs. She was courteous, professional and an excellent cleaner. Great job!
