We are still in the process of our bathroom remodel. We are very pleased with the progress and the people have been great to work with. They work hard and efficiently and clean up everyday.

Estimator was very courteous and put in writing everything I wanted done.

The finished job was good. I can?t say too much about the communications between themselves. It took about a month to get the job; I feel like it could have been three weeks. There was a lot of problem with getting people to show up. I will say if all the workers that did show up that Ronnie and Dave were very good; if you can get them to do most of the job - ask for them. They did every thing except the tile and paint.

Did extra work to ensure a quality project.

HMA replaced two wooden fences on both sides of our courtyard and we (and our neighbors on either side) could not be happier. The fences are absolutely beautiful. I recommend them without reservation.

Fantastic work and was done quickly.

They are willing to work with you in all aspects of the project to make sure you are getting what you want and to ensure you are happy with the work.

Starting with the estimator and through every person that worked on this project, it was a pleasure to work with these people. They listened to what we tried to achieve and actually went beyond that to try to make the end project very special.. there was no punch list of items of items that needed to be corrected when they were all through. It was all done extremely well.

Solid work and went well beyond the expectation level. They also handled several bits of detail work and other repairs with skill and attention to getting it right. a recessed light, plumbing, space heater, replacing window glass, they even got the furniture out to a storage pod! The only real problem was a seriously broken pipe they waited until the tile was down to explore. It held up the flow of finishing up, but they did a good repair, taking just a few days longer than expected. I'm propped on the restored kitchen counter and loving it

I was extremely pleased with the results. From estimate (Eddie) to project manager (Tom), to Murray and Ron and the crew, they were absolutely wonderful. Personable and professional. I needed deck repair but also did deck extension. It's more solid now than the original deck that mostly withstood the tree damage. They were perfectionists and I am so appreciative of their work and skill. One afternoon when they were getting off work, I noticed the youngest crew member texting, and I realized that none of the crew had wasted time during the day with texting or calling. And in this day and age that is a huge plus. We did have some weather delays, but considering that factor, I would still say they were done early. When weather permitted, they worked hard and efficiently. Thank you to all.

Home Maintenance Associates, Inc. did a fantastic job in the installation of ceramic tile in our master bathroom floor. Their employees performed a professional job efficiently and methodically. The results speak for themselves. The tile installation of our master bathroom floor looks great. The project estimator presented a detailed cost estimate of each step of the project, and the project manager followed up throughout the installation. The employees handled the job with expertise and exhibited a positive, cheerful attitude throughout. I recommend Home Maintenance Associates, Inc.

I was very happy with them at the beginning but was more irritated than happy with them at the end. The two workers that did the demo, carpentry and painting were excellent. The guy that did the tile did okay with the tile but I found a place in the shower floor that was filled with caulk. It came out when I was cleaning and left a hole in the grout. There were several things they did at the end that I thought were sloppy. The supervisor told me to and quot;trust him and quot; and go ahead and pay him and he would come back the next work day and install the insulation that I paid for and I still haven't heard back after more than a month. I had someone else fix the things that were not right or undone. <br />

Good quality custom cabinets/great customer service and integrity

HMA was wonderful to work with. They were honest, fairly priced, and completed the work quickly while also doing a great job. I will definitely use them again!

He was very prompt with showing up at the house. He responded within one day with any questions about the bid. The crews were not sub contractors. It was the same people that came out every time.

My deck is beautiful and was completed on time. All clean up was completed and everyone I had contact with was courteous and friendly.

He was very responsive and very responsible with good results.
