My husband and I scheduled a job to do concrete work for our patio with George S. from Home Masters. They were here on Friday morning and finished by the end of the day. George was great in keeping us informed on what was going to be don. He also made sure we were satisfied with the results. We are pleased with how it turned out and hope to call him again to get more work done.

I contacted the company and they sent out George the contractor. He went over everything, price , labor and time he would be able to get it done. They came out on the day and got straight to work and it came out beautiful. Very Happy with the results. Would definitely recommend this company.

George and his team did a great job. Good communication. They were very helpful and professional. They went over the pool systems, redid the decking with stamped concrete, they updated the tile and coping. They went out of their way to help move plants and cut around the dog paws in the old patio. I would recommend them highly!

We had the roof extended over our patio and a gable added to that portion of the roof. Although the project took a bit more time than I originally anticipated, the outcome was exactly as I had hoped for: a job well done. Damien, as the project coordinator, was outstanding as he communicated in the most timely fashion with updates, often communicating on nights and weekends to my requests. I never felt anyone was not paying attention to issues as they cropped up. From beginning to finish, Home Masters was professional. I heartily endorse them and would use them in the future for other home remodeling projects.

Meeting project manager Aaron from Home Masters until the job was done has been nothing but pleasant. Aaron sent a project proposal for painting the exterior of our house as well as fence and gate repair and replacement with a line item of exactly what they would do along with the cost which was significant but reasonable. We went over the contract together and he answered all my questions. This way there would be no communication problems later. The painters were amazing! Very polite,(didn't smoke or waste time), very careful to protect our landscaping. Did a thorough job and made sure I was pleased. Can't say enough good things about them and the work they did. Our house looks great. The crew that did the fence work were also amazing. Unfortunately the day they needed to work the weather was chilly and wet, but they kept on working until they finished. They made the design of the new fence portion look just like the original. It's a great job. We couldn't be more pleased.

Concrete Driveways & Floors - Install
I hired HM to remove carpet and stain my concrete floors. Their presentation was impressive, professional, and won my confidence. However over the next week and a half, it was clear that HM could not deliver on a service to which they had committed. They did not have the human capital with the expertise. Instead of being transparent and honest, the installation crew destroyed my floors. What should have been an exciting transformation turned into a nightmare. I paid over $7,000 and the floors were awful. I agonized over whether I could live with the floors as is? Knowing that our surroundings have a huge impact on our emotional well-being, I couldn't. I texted the George (PM) to ask for a full or partial refund. He said that they could not offer me any type of refund. Instead he wanted to assess my floors (even after receiving pictures) and offer a solution. Home Masters is unethical and does not hold themselves accountable. On Google, the owner shifts the blame to me.

The salesperson who assisted you, as well as the contractors who performed the work, were part of the previous management team. Unfortunately, their professionalism and workmanship did not reflect the standards we uphold today. After the transition, our new management team reached out and made multiple attempts to visit your home, review the issues, and provide solutions ? even though much of the work and decisions were made before we took over. We offered several options to fix or improve the floors, but those proposals were ultimately declined. We genuinely wanted the opportunity to make things right, and we regret that we were unable to move forward with the repairs you were offered. Our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction, especially in situations where expectations were not met. We wish you the very best."

From beginning to end, Moe, Yaz and the installers were knowledgeable and professional. They also had amazing personalities which made me feel at ease because I don't trust easily. My service was a carpet install and I am over the moon with the finished product. I highly recommend Home Masters for any home renovation you may need.

I had a terrible experience with HomeMasters. My wife and I spent 3 weeks designing our perfect kitchen with the homemaster and contracting them for a whole home renovation. we worked with the design team and everything was going smooth. but after we finally agreed on a everything we could afford and a timeline for the project it all went downhill. The contractors constantly smoked cigarettes in our home and left trash everywhere! They tried to upcharge us for every little thing they could and after we told them we didn't have any more money for upgrades, they started pulling back things they promised to put in our home like the windows we wanted and appliances for the kitchen. The worst was yet to come. they had unlicensed handymen doing major work like moving the electrical panel and putting in a new HVAC system. this resulted in almost everything being done wrong and I had to bring in other licensed contractors to fix homemasters mistakes. Worse yet, they demanded full payment for

Aaron was my first contact, he was great, he was friendly and professional, explained everything. The workers were great, they did awesome work and were easy to talk with. The new addition on our deck is awesome, we love it.
