It was a really excellent quality work and the price was very affordable.

They were very professional and high-end. They care about the work. They took extra time to do the job perfectly. They got the job done perfectly. His charging was a medium pricing, but he's doing a high end quality work.

Tony listened to my plans for the space, asked questions and made recommendations. I have enjoyed my new bathroom and it came out exactly what I asked for. My big ask was to put insulation in the wall between the two bathrooms which were back to back. In an older home with no insulation between the rooms this was important to me. Tony also replaced 3 interior doors and installed baseboards in a bathroom that had not been finished on a previous remodel. I called him a few months later to install two storm doors. I have several future projects and will definitely call Home Menders.

Tony exemplifies the word professional. I’m extremely pleased with his work and will hire him for all of my home repair. He is very prompt, efficient, clean, and detail oriented. He makes sure the job is done correctly. I highly recommend him for home repair!

Some of the wood on the door frame at the lock was missing. Tony filled it with wood putty and aligned the door. Our door is now sealed and more secure. When he installed the threshold he drilled screw holes in the cement. This was placed between a tile and carpet floor. It gave the floor a nice finished look.

Tony replaced the faucet which I am enjoying. The exhaust fan took some figuring out because where the fan needed to be placed was near the A/C unit in the low ceiling attic. There was very little work area to move around in. In spite of this Tony did an excellent job.

Tony was prompt and his retired father was a help too. He did an excellent job, he filled every gap and replaced the thing in the faucet. The door on my bedroom is not working but now everything is working properly. It was my first time to use him but it was well worked. I would recommend him to anybody. He was professional and on time.

Tony has great attention to detail and is very skilled. The price was very reasonable and Tony is a true professional. The bathroom looks amazing now- fresh paint, textured walls, new light fixtures and medicine cabinet. Tony also made other improvements and repairs as he went and charged a very reasonable price. He even replaced an external door that was originally not level and made it look perfect. Tony is a true expert and I'd highly recommend him.

Tony took the time to research the project beforehand, this truly made for a better finished product. He completed the entire project from making a good foundation to the final touch up paint. I emailed Tony after reading passed reviews. Quick response. Sent a list and added to it as he worked for three consecutive Saturday’s . This man is prompt,professional,very reasonable, and a very hard worker. He keeps you informed on his progress and takes time to explain if you have questions. No regrets. I’m keeping his business card.

Got quotes from 3 different services. This one was not only the cheapest, but the most detailed in description of what would be covered and how the work was to be done. Communication was good. The worker was prompt and professional. The work was well done and completed in the estimated time-frame of about 4 hours.

I called and tried to schedule appointments with 3 companies with solid ratings from Angie's list. Tony, the owner, was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for a quote last December. We reviewed the quote and scheduled him for the second week of January. Over the New Year's holiday, my Mother, the home-owner, had a stroke and Tony was very cooperative about helping us get the job done around our schedule. He offered good advice about paint quality and colors. He repaired any cracks or joint issues and painted the Master bedroom, a two story feature wall in the living area, all of the kitchen and eating area, the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom. We had damage in the two-story rotunda ceiling and the dining room from Hurricane Harvey and he repainted and re-textured both of these and we are very pleased. We also needed to repair comers and trim on the stairs that the dog had chewed as a puppy. He took care of this and you cannot even tell there was ever damage. He repaired a hole a plumbing estimate put in the master closet wall and repainted it as well as repairing some minor grout issues on the kitchen back splash. We highly recommend him and will call on him again for future projects we have discussed with him.

I met Toni through a friend at work and he is the GREATEST. I have had a problem with my A/C for 6 yrs. and have had 5 people out to look at it. All said either I needed to add an extra unit or they didn’t know what was wrong with it. So in June 2018, Toni came to my house, built a little ladder out of 2 x 4 in a tight spot so he could look at the problem. In just 10 min he figured out the duct work was totally off and all the cold air was running outside of the house. He had to go through the ceiling to repair the duct work correctly. In Oct. 2018 the ceiling in master bedroom fell in b/c of a leak in the roof. Toni was a dream for this. He figured out a way to fix the leak and not have to get a new roof. I was leaving town, but I trusted him enough to leave him the keys to my house. Came back and the hole in the ceiling was fixed. Next job he is going to rebuild my patio. Toni does not try and break the bank on any repairs you may need. He will give you several scenarios to choose from based on your budget. Toni is professional, always on time, very honest, and cleans up after he is done with the job. I am a single mom and I was very comfortable having him in my house. I would recommend Toni to anyone needing a handy man, I promise you won’t be sorry!

Mr. Tony was very professional and was very nice and caring and gave me some suggestion on video surveillance for me. He is a very kind and outgoing guy. He was on time and did what I asked and also have some profession suggestions on future jobs. I would definitely use him again

I have used Home Menders several times after Hurricane Harvey--from flooring to cabintry. He is my go to contractor.

I have used him a couple of times. He is very good, punctual, reasonably priced and very dependable.

Tony’s only fault as a contractor is that he is a perfectionist. If the work does not meet his high standards then he tears it our and redoes it. He doesn’t increase the price for getting it right. This might add to the time required to complete the job but maybe not for he will stay longer each day to do his best to keep on schedule. I over do everything. I wanted the north side of the house to be extremely strong to resist hurricane force winds and rain. I special ordered European storm force and burgler proof windows. The best recommendation came from the city building inspector. He said this was the the strongest, most over engineered house he had ever seen. Jokingly, He asked if he could bring his family here for the nexy hurricane. Tony does excellent work, has high character and we totally trust him with our home repair work. We still use his services and I don’t even ask for a bid. He is honest as the day is long.
