Homeowners Concrete

They took to long to do the pouring. Underestimated the amount of concrete so had to order more. Leveling Did not shore up forms. When they poured the concrete flowed under forms which dropped the level of the concrete. Put in J-bolts way too late. Some are loose even after concrete is cured. Stamped concrete is not consistent throughout. Did no go back over the joints after stamping so some areas there is no joint lines. I do NOT recommend them!

It went great. Enjoyed working with them. Completed on time. It looks better than expected.

price was very reasonable , owner very nice, they have to come back for repair and the guys that came back did awful job repairing the area need repair not only that they helped them self to our hose real in the back yard without asking and left it tangled on the driveway, also while they cutting the concrete they splash my daughter car with muddy concrete water and have to take it to a detail place to clean it up,

Mote was responsive in my bid request, professional in presentation of written bid and email questions. He let me know when he could do the job, showed up on time, and finished the job as promised. I was very happy with his work!

I couldn’t have asked for a better job done. They came when they said they would, did a wonderful job and left everything neat and tidy.

Overall I think Homeowners Concrete is a good company. Our project was not very straight forward, and Mote and his crew had a lot of good input regarding our project plans. I would say Mote, which I believe is a part owner/project manager, has great communication skills. I really appreciated the fact that he would keep me up-to-date on schedule, and would always promptly call me if I ever texted him. The biggest downside, and it's not that big, is the overall attention to detail. I felt like there were a few mis-steps that could have been avoided if they had taken a few extra minutes to double check their work. I compiled two videos. The first one is a collection of photos and timelapse videos that takes you through the entire project. This will give you some insight as to how they work. They found a way to work on my driveway. He did it so fast. He did it for 2 days. We let it dried for a week. Everyone on their team was super friendly, very nice, and professional. They were humorous. I loved working with them. I would recommend them. It was very affordable.

He did a good job. I was really happy. They were professional. They were on time.

They did all my concrete work. They worked hard. They were perfectionist.
