After almost two years they still havent come to finish the trim on the door I purchased. Last year they said they wood finish it ,but never heard from them again. Would not recomend this company. Terible service.

they would not finish door installation. Left messages, but ignored them. I called several times.

Ordered November 1, 2021. Not installed until April 2022. Screens were not delivered, trim was not done, and we have a crack in the glass of our sliding glass door. The company has been totally unresponsive. Multiple calls to customer service have not been returned. Sent a registered letter to the president and CEO - still no response. Over-paid, but thought we were eating with better quality product. Would never recommend this company.

Had new windows installed and can’t be happier with the way they turned out.

From start to finish I was pleased with the work HPA performed. What was promised is exactly what was delivered and that is very rare in a contractor these days. They were very clean. Had the entire job done by 4pm in one day. From start to finish job only look 5 weeks whereas competition gave me deadlines of around 18-24 weeks

This was quite a process. We signed with this company during the original visit and then had buyers remorse that we had not gotten other quotes, so we cancelled within the 3 days with no issues and kept in contact with our sales person. This was totally on us as we just wanted peace of mind before such a big commitment as we had 18 windows and a door to be replaced. We did get 2 more quotes, one from a big box retailer (orange) and one from an area competitor (the cookie guy). We were surprised to find out that the price was competitive among-st all 3 only separated really by a few hundred dollars. A lot of items like dual paint colors, single vs double hung etc were standard with HPA but additional cost with the others. The big box once installed you dealt with another company completely on the warranty and the cookie guy was so high pressure and rather than selling themselves spent most of the pitch trying to discredit the others which never sits well with me. HPA was priced right in the middle, financing was flexible (cookie guys did not have many options) the sales guy was personable, patient and no pressure and you call the company with issues, not a 3rd party. I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews and we chose HPA. Once the windows were in and permitting was complete, they showed up with a huge crew and the installation was completed by 3pm that same day! Other than all new windows and a door, you did not know they were here. Our house was left clean and all old materials hauled away. Final permit sign off was remote due to Covid but was quick and they have since been here to remove all the stickers, install the plugs and thoroughly clean the windows. We just need one piece of trim which was recommended over the plugs for our door which will look more polished. It is an investment for sure but I would recommend this company without hesitation. Our salesman was great. No high pressure or bad attitude. He was very friendly and we negotiated a bit and all was accepted. About a week after contracting another man came to measure window frames. No issues he was very professional. We had some delays getting our permit from the city. I talked to both the window company and the city. Once I saw the permitting was approved we got a call for install in 2 days. The installers worked extremely hard. The windows are nice quality and look beautiful. I wish I could have the patio doors which are so sturdy. The tarps were delivered and installed yesterday. We only need to have the city inspect and then another person will come out and install the final trim which needed to be left off for the inspector. I was worried due to some of the negative reviews. Overall I am very happy with all the windows and feel more secure in my home.

AWFUL we were introduced to this company at a Vendors Home Show in the Cape Coral Lowe’s parking lot. We felt since Lowe’s was hosting the event, that the providers were recommended. Traditionally we only use providers we’ve researched via Angie’s list. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a provider. All the installers that did the actual work were polite, courteous and did an excellent job. However;;;;; customer service from the front office was a nightmare from confusion regarding how and when to install the window, repeated improper and untimely filing of permits, unreturned phone calls, confusion among staff regarding the project and their inability to answer our questions or update us on the delays and then in the end it took several weeks and several phone calls to have them come back to do the finishing stucco and drywall work to complete the job. We hired them on March 1, 2018 ( payment up front required) and it was finally completed August 4, 2018.. BUYER BEWARE!!

Whatever you do stay away from this company like the plague, we have been trying to get a warranty replacement slider for 8 months because the seal between the glass panels broke and caused the glass to get hazy. We have had nothing but the run around for 8 months everything from oh it broke in the warehouse, oh yea we ordered that let me check the warehouse, and worst of all from Carlos the supposed manager himself if you want to call him that "things just get hectic around here" is not an excuse to have not having ordered a panel for 8 months with us calling multiple times a month. We have finally given up and are taking legal action as there is mold growing inside our sliding glass door.

They have salesmen that do not know how to measure or what windows are available from the various manufacturers. They do hire good installers as subs. Their on staff techs that measure do not know how to accurately measure windows. Their “customer service” guy does not return messages. We have been waiting weeks for the proper sized windows to be installed and for the window that arrived scratched to be replaced. They seem to be slow at everything except collecting money.

I must say at first I was skeptical about doing business with HPA as I did not know about them before.I am happy I took the chance and welcomed their assistance; they were able to get us approved to replace our windows. Their workmanship is impeccable and most of all I appreciate their customer service in following up after the installation to ensure we were happy customers. Mr. Jason Montgomery was our sales rep and he is very respectable and to the point.

Work met all my expectations, Peter the manager was exceptional. I would trust him for any project. The staff was courteous and the installers did an excellent job. The price was competitive, the process was as expected and the follow up was great. Thank you Peter

The windows were installed ahead of schedule. All work was performed well. The support staff did a good job. Salesman was a bit much.

Worse, most dishonest company ever. I was changed almost $2000 per window. Salesman lied and changed contract without my knowledge, non-responsive to phone calls. Finally contacted county and state departments. Once HPA discoved that they became all "we want to help". If you enjoy being overpriced, ignored, and a sloppy job with damage to your home being done, by all means call this company.

Everything was wonderful up until I needed to get ahold of the office to schedule a window inspection visit. My ONLY complaint with HPA was with trying to contact the correct person at the office to get final inspection and inspections done. I left messages with the automated system as well as a live person who put a message on a desk to contact me. If it wasn't for Dave, the rep who did the sales presentation, I would have failed "Responsiveness and Overall" completely. Dave said, "if there is anything I can help with, let me know" after we signed our contract. I burned that help line up when needed. Sorry and thank you at the same time, Dave. WOULD I HIRE THEM AGAIN?? I answered YES to this BUT only if they eliminate the issue with trying to contact the scheduler. It wasn't until I had one last call to make that I was given a direct contact/text phone number. Problem solved. All the people who came out to work our home were well mannered, respectful and clean.. even in the Florida 'steam room'!

This has been the most horrific experience I have ever had with a contractor. They rarely return phone calls and we found out that someone in their office forged my husband's signature on a release of monies document by a finance company recommended to us by them. They are called GreenSky out of Atlanta, GA. We now have no leverage to get the work done. In your rating section I would have chosen minus 1 if that was an option.

Chad did an amazing job, and addresses all of my concerns. I truly appreciate his honesty and concern for my finances and my homes well being. He made me feel very comfortable during this and he is very very handsome as well with a great personality. I will certainly be recommending this company to my neighbors.

The windows, made by Soft-Lite, with headquarters at 10250 Philipp Pkwy, Streetsboro, OH 44241. are excellent. They meet and maybe even exceed my expectations. I'm very happy with the windows. They look beautiful and function well. The house is much quieter and the air conditioner runs a lot less. The installers, Beltran T.E. Installing, LLC, were excellent as well. They were hired by the contractor to install the windows. Just two men, one being the owner, worked until 7:45pm to ensure that the windows were installed. They were both efficient and hard working. They even placed light weight plastic drop cloths over the bed in the master bedroom and over the computer and monitors in the office. When they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up around the house inside and out. Then they also explained all of the features associated with the windows. The code inspection went smoothly and was without any problems. The contractor however, Home Performance Alliance (HPA), in my opinion do not do Soft-Lite and Beltran justice. It seemed that HPA was concerned only with making a sale and getting their money by using what I feel were somewhat deceptive sales practices. Also, statements were made (too many for this short review) by the project manager/sales person that never came to fruition. But worst of all, once the windows were in, and I'm sure the loan company had sent them the money, my frustrations began. I communicated with HPA via repeated e-mails and phone calls with the sales person and the operations people, and I got the sense that the company was operating in a very frenetic environment. It was like the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. So to summarize, my only frustration with this project was caused by interactions with the contractor, HPA.

Erik was very professional and very knowledgeable. We feel like we made a good decision in going with this company and these windows.
