John was excellent, as was the work quality. Extended the life of my fairly old four year old carpet a few more years. Was on-time for both the job and the estimate. Also cleaned the tile in my kitchen and entryway and made it almost like new. Very courteous and answered all my questions. Would definitely use again.

I had a really good one, Bob Cunningham of Home Pride. Home Pride here in Sacramento, he does specifically wool rugs and I have an oriental wool rug. He has cleaned it 3 times for me, he?s marvelous. It?s just wow! <br /> <br /> I adore him, I think he is wonderful. Give him great big ?A?s?. He?s the nicest guy and does a fantastic job. My husband always gets coffee on that rug, I could lynch the man. Coffee on a white rug, my cats don?t even make that kind of a mess! <br /> <br /> He gets ?A?s? across the board. I love the man. He drives out to my house and he pick up the rug, takes it back for almost a week, airing it and cleaning it, and then he brings it back to you and he lays it done. You don?t get service like that anymore. I might take my rug back to him and have him clean it after I move. I am not sure I trust anybody else.

We have had nothing but complete satisfaction with them. The work was very good, we don't have much to compare with, because we haven't had other people clean the rugs.The price seemed reasonable to me. The gentleman takes a very personal, and professional interest in his work, and it shows. <br />

Great job. Work was excellent at a reasonable price. The owner is very conscientious and very concerned about taking good care of your carpets. He also offers a very effective home carpet stain remover.

<p>John came to our house and gave us an estimate. We had him take the rug that day and he returned it the following week. </p> <p>The rug looked great. John is very customer focused, punctual and professional. He left us a bottle of some spot cleaner that worked great. We recently called him to purchase another bottle, and he had a bottle brought to us at no charge.</p>

We had purchased a wool rug at a garage sale. We were not sure if it was worth it to have it cleaned or if it could even be cleaned. John arrived promptly on time, evaluated the rug, and shared with us that we had made a very good purchase. It was obvious that he had a lot of knowledge about wool rugs. We agreed to allow him to clean the rug and felt that the price quoted was a fair price. He had the rug for two weeks, returned it promptly as promised, and even wrapped the rug for storage. We felt he was very professional and honest. We would highly recommend him for cleaning area rugs and plan to use his service in the future as needed. <br />

It took about two weeks for John to clean the rug, I think because it had not been cleaned in 18 years and there was the matter of the spilled coffee. When John returned my rug it was really clean and soft and wow, so great. He left me a spot clean and gave me some ideas about how best to preserve the rug. He was Great, seriously, this guy picks up and delivers and the workmanship is amazing! I love this old rug and John treated it like it was his own. Everyone I called about cleaning the rug suggested that I call Home Pride and I called three other carpet cleaning companies. If you have area rugs that are wool or special to you, John Cunningham is the Only person to trust. He will have my business from now on and I Strongly recommend him to others. John Cunningham, the owner, came to our home and picked up the carpet and took it to his shop in Folsom. He returned it in the approximate time range he had given us. It is clean and fresh-looking and we are pleased with his service. <br />

John came to my home, looked at my oriental carpets, gave me a bid, took my carpets, cleaned them and returned them to my home. I had not cleaned these carpets in 20 years. I was moving to a new home within a few months and wanted them cleaned ahead of time. I moved into my new home a few days ago and was thrilled when I unrolled the Oriental carpets and they looked brand new in my new home. <br />

They picked the rugs up and took them to the shop. They did the cleaning and returned the rugs. Everything turned out well. They were very nice and professional. They had good follow up after they picked up the rugs. I was satisfied with their services. They were able to clean all of the dog urine from the rugs.
