Was my worst experiance. Its 8 weeks later and still not completed. Was quoted 10 days. Josh promised me the world until he got the job then all quality went out the window. Never used levels. Never grinded up thinset after previously removed tile. When transitioned from a previously carpeted area over thst thinset it wasnt level and through all the test out. 1/2 inch grout lines up to 1/8 inch Grout lines. Plucked heart strings to get paid in full before completion. When told od disatisfied at bad review was mentioned he threated my wife daying he would pose as a fake customer to try to get my wife fired from her job. Un qualified staff. Never on time very very short worked days. Not only destroyed my floors but also caused damage to my home and a mess that i had to pay painters to come fix. They did a great job laying my vyinl flooring, they also kept the work area clean and uncluttered. Highly recommend them to my friends and family in the future.
