I recently hired Home Property Maintenance to have carpentry work done around my home, and was very pleased with how the work from them went. Sergio that came out from Home Property Maintenance were very friendly and professional while he were here, and were able to get the work done quicker than I had been expecting. Overall I think Home Property Maintenance did an excellent job with the work that I needed. I will definitely use Home Property Maintenance services again when I need, and I highly recommend their services.

I would give Sergio an A+. He is an extraordinary professional who takes great pride in doing meticulous work. He figured out some very complicated problems that stumped numerous other professionals. His prices are totally fair and they're an incredible bargain given the excellent work he does. We will always hire Sergio when we need renovations in our house. He's also a real pleasure to work with and to be around.
