"It’s unfortunate that an adult would leave a response such as this on every website we have on the web. We are a very professional company, which would never, and has never behaved in this manner. This is what happened. 1st there were no doors. You opened and closed the front door for me because I had my hands full. Secondly, we repaired the suspension rods. Moved on to replace the lid hinges. When I opened up the machine the bottom of it was completely rusted and the screws were rounded as if someone had worked on it before. I did not attempt to take any screws out. I called you in, and with my flashlight I show you the problem. I informed you I could not repair that part of the machine. At that point you became angry and very intimidating. I at that point asked if you wanted me to remove the other parts and refund your money. You angrily said no..leave it. We removed the othe parts from your bill. Left your new parts on, and you still had a balance due. I told you don’t worry about the balance. So the call did not go exactly as planned due to rust...but no fault of ours...bottom line, we do not require our techs to stay in an environment that is intimidating, abusive, hostile, or if said tech feels threatened. He may pick up is things and leave immediately. This is what happened."
