They refused to go on roof do do job.

He found and fixed it. We have had no problems since.

This company is out of business however they were a complete fraud. i am currently looking into filing criminal charges against them.

No muss, no fuss, would hire again.

They were wonderful. He was very thorough. He didnt just look at the problem area. He checked everything and put in a lot of effort.

Removed 19' gutter on front left ; Removed rotted soffit and fascia on front (left side) Installed new 1/4" plywood soffit ; Installed new brown aluminum drip edge for new fascia Installed new 5" seamless aluminum gutter on front left; Painted all repairs to match existing. All work was completed satisfactorily.

Did not show up for first appointment. The pictures and estimates for repairs were never sent.

This was good overall. The only challenge was the first thing was the company was not ready to come, they were delaying the scheduling. That was one challenge. The second challenge was when somebody came he gave me additional 200 and something additional work which I was not expecting. I was not convinced. Nest time I will not go with those guys.

ANGIE'S list not telling you the facts about this business. It bothers me that Angie's list still shows this business as being A+ We could not get them to return calls about the work that was done. We complained to BBB. Check out this link on BBB saying they are out of business after investigations of complaints.. Evidently BBB is more current then Angie's list. Also noet that all reviews after July 2016 are really for work done earlier in the year BEFORE the BBB says that they are out of business. This is the BBB link [*** Link removed ***]

The man came out but didn't want to climb up on roof. I have deleted him from my contacts.

They did a great job.

They drywall was done just fine, he covered up all the cracks and cleaned up afterwards.

The service gave good advice on estimate of when we should look at a new roof. Cleaned off debris on roof. And nailed a few sliding board down flat.

The person who came by and did the work was professional and everything but they never came back and finished the work.

Work was good until it leaked when it rains and the wind blows a certain way. Tried to contact by phone many times no answer. Voice mail full or can't leave message. Email. Once and no reply.

It was a nightmare. After our initial consultation, the company kept pushing back the start date due to "weather". Then they stopped returning our calls after the first month. We then starting showing up in person at their office. It still took an additional 2 months to get them to finally schedule us. It didn't get any better once they arrived to perform the work. We were promised it would only take one day. However the crew left after the first hour to perform work on another job. They left two workers behind to remove our old roof. Unfortunately they sat around in the shade most of the day. The rest of the crew and the supervisor came back at 6 that night and tried to remove the rest of the roof but it got dark. To our surprise the owner of the company called us the first thing the next morning and asked how we liked our new roof. Then he acted surprised when we told him it wasn't done and no one was on site. To his credit, he got the crew there within two hours. However my neighbors were already upset by the amount of trash the was blowing through their yards because the crew didn't not pick up their trash after the first day. Finally we are another customer who has never received our 50 year warranty on the shingles as promised. Stay away from this contractor. This is the first problem I have had with ordering from Angie's List and we have been using this method for over 5 years.

the estimate and roof replace went very well - - we were very pleased. Home Pro Roofing was initially wonderful. I gave them a great review on Angie’s List. It was in the middle of June that no one answered the phones - - main line and cell. I cannot contact our rep (Wyatt) or the owner (Jack Walker). We would like to have our 50 year non-prated manufacturer’s warranty that they told us that would be sent to us. Additionally, they posted a picture of our home on their website without our permission. We cannot contact them to have it taken down.
