I called the company for an estimate for my property extension and The manager Jacob came in and explained everything from A to Z and he is very knowledgeable and professional.

Afek and Jacob were amazing! They visited the house twice to review the proposed scope of work and provide as accurate estimate as possible. Their office is well organized and responsive to schedule changes. I always received an email and call to confirm. It was nice that they were so reachable! I purchased our kitchen cabinets in advance and the cabinets were unexpectedly delivered during their second visit. It was a “tailgate only” delivery. The driver would not remove the cabinets from the truck. I tried calling family to come help, but luckily for me Afek and Jacob were early and volunteered to unload all of the cabinets off the truck and even brought the heaviest one inside too. I don’t know what I would have done without them and believe it speaks how well they treat their clients—even the prospective ones who haven’t contracted them yet! I was also impressed with Jacob and Afek’s professionalism and efficiency during the walk through. They were responsive to my concerns and offered to add more men to the job if timing was a priority for me. They walked me through what to expect and answered all of my questions completely. I would highly recommend HQR for their professionalism, responsiveness, and ethics!

Jacob was great at going over the kitchen remodeling process. He went out of his way to answer my questions and guide me through some decisions for my kitchen. Very professional, responsive, and generous with his time. Highly recommend.
