It was absolutely horrible. They have not finished the job and the installation was completely awful. The roof had multiple leaks and ruined the floor. They received over $50k from me and disappeared. The employees quit left and right leaving job unfinished. I had a home inspector come and show me all the things wrong with construction and how it wasn’t up to code. They didn’t get a workers permit for the build either. Geoff Cash doesn’t respond to my texts or calls. He is always busy or sick. This project should of been done 1st week of June 2019. It’s October 2019 and it is still incomplete. Nobody responds to me. They blocked me on Facebook. There are multiple families all going through the same nightmare as me. Buyer beware ... he is not professional and the workers don’t know what they are doing.

My husband and I had just purchased our house in Franklin Virginia when we noticed that are shingles on the roof were flying off every time we had high winds, so we had numerous company come out and give us estimates and it was outrageously expensive to put a roof on this big house. The last estimate we had gotten was from home renew not only that their price beat all the other companies that came out but it was the fact that they didn't play games with us and they were straightforward with what was going to happen and how much it was going to cost. they were upfront and honest they were real they weren't reading from a book they weren't trying to get a sale they were trying to help. Our roof absolutely looks amazing they helped us pick a color that Blended wonderfully with the color of our house and shutters. The crew took their time to make sure all materials and nails we're out of the yard so that our dogs didn't get any of it so they did a magnetic sweep like three times so that was awesome and the owner came out twice just to make sure we were satisfied. We will be using home renew again very soon!

Well I will say, you get what you pay for. They were definitely not the cheapest, but they were as close to perfect as I could imagine. I was honestly kinda shocked at the price, but after doing my homework, I saw it was fair. If you want a quality job, call these guys.

Overall they treated me wonderful. Price was a little more than I wanted to spend and they wasn't the cheapest quote that I had got, however they definitely took the best care of me, I am sure of that. Great product, smooth install, and I would consider price to be fair. I am very pleased.

Such a pleasure to work with a company that takes time to deal with seniors. They explained thoroughly the process to me, helped me with finance paperwork, and did a very clean installation. I love my new windows! I would recommend any senior to give them a call, they will take the time.

Being a single lady is kinda intimidating when it comes to some major projects, but Home Renew made it very simple. They will take the time to explain the entire process, have a super easy financing team to work with, and then very thorough installation team. I was very impressed all the way around and would definitely hire again for future projects.

My house was built in 1995 so I figured it would be needing a new roof. I didn't want to wait until I had any problems with leaks seizing that I'm getting older. I had different estimates from other roofers that came out some cheaper and some with different types of architectural shingles. I did some research on different shingles and preferred the ones that you sell. Your workers cleaned up afterwards. They showed up when they said they would and your company are very dependable.

This company is amazing! The owner is so honest, and he assures that you will be a happy customer. I am very happy I hired this company and I know you will be also. They are very professional, friendly, courteous, and the job is done right! When I called about this project, the owner came out and spoke with me and brought the window with him that would be installed. No surprises! He had a contract, which included the date the project would be done, and a downpayment of 50%, as he had to order the windows. I am a woman alone, so it is very difficult to find a company this honest and professional. I really got what I paid for and more, in that they were so helpful and did a few little things for me while they were here. It's always nice to give a tip for this, but they did not ask for anything. It was a great experience! This company does almost everything, so check out their website and just call with your questions. You will get a very fair, reasonable price from Home Renew, LLC, and you will be happy with your finished project! Thank you so much, Home Renew!!

What an absolute pleasure this team was to work with. They had a very knowledgable sales staff who instructed me on quality of roofing. Then they were able to get me financed when others didn't even give me the time of day, on up to the installation that went very well as well. What a pleasure to work with this company! From the time of the initial planning to the last gutter attached. The small crew put a new roof on my home and detached garage in one day disposing of old roof parts..great because I have a dog...the choices of colors for the roof were beautiful. They returned after inclement weather to place gutters and water and ice guards making my house the prettiest on the block.
