Remodeled our bathroom, kitchenette, and resolved other unforeseen issues. The remodeling crew did an excellent job! What we loved best was the accommodations, arrived on time, reasonably priced, and understood our remodeling needs. Would hire again for other home remodeling.

Everything was finished on time, and the communication was thorough throughout the entire job. The price was very reasonable and all workers were very professional. A very great experience with excellent results. Would only consider for any other project and would highly recommend to anyone else that is considering.

I hired Miguel and his team to change all my closet and bedroom doors and install a celining fan in the master bedroom. The team showed up on time and they cleaned as they worked. I highly recommend!

They got started right away and got the job done quickly. They kept things as neat as possible while they were here. The work was excellent.

I have just initiated litigation. The lead, Miguel Mirete was not licensed, he represented that he was. He only recieved a "home improvement LIC" on 9/19/2022. He never visited the job site, I am left with damages and repair work to complete. It is a disaster....

The two jobs were completed on time. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work done.

Miguel and his crew at Homes and Beyond are simply the best. I had wanted to get my siding done for years, but I was unsatisfied with either the price or the high-pressure sales people that I encountered. Miguel is not like that. I felt immediately comfortable, he answered all my questions, and there was no pressure to close the deal. The price was very reasonable, and he was able to start the job right away. At the last minute we asked for a overhang for our small front porch. Miguel designed it to exactly our specifications. The siding looks absolutely amazing! Our neighbors keep complementing us on the color and the overall professionalism of the work. The crew was terrific. They were respectful and cleaned up after each day's work. I will definitely use Homes and Beyond again, my only regret is that I didn't discover them a lot sooner. I highly recommend them.

Miguel and his team were recommended to us by a friend. We had discussed our Kitchen remodel with 2 other contractors in addition to Homes and Beyond.  We Chose Miguel because of his competitive pricing, professionalism, knowledge, and easy going style as he was willing to consider any possibility we suggested for the re-model of our Kitchen. We live in a Co-op apartment and Miguel worked with us in supplying the Co-op with their exhaustive paperwork involving licenses, contracts, insurance, designated clean -up, etc. He understood we were working within a budget and explained the cost of items and work up front. He made the process smoother by having various back-splash and flooring in his showroom at very competitive prices. In addition our baby was born a month early and Miguel's team worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work in about 3 weeks, this includes a 1 week wait for the counter-top to be measured, ordered, and installed by the counter-top company. The job foreman was Freddy who is a perfectionist with an eye for detail. Freddy was in continuous communication with us from the demolition to the back-splash and painting. He kept us informed of what was being done and made sure we understood each step of the project asking us if we had any questions, he also presented various options we had not considered which increased our satisfaction with their work. He even pointed out an issue with damage to the stove and an issue with the counter-top measurements in order to cover more area, neither is his responsibility, which was helpful. Freddy made it clear to us that he wanted us to be happy with his work.   So, not surprisingly my wife and I were extremely satisfied with Homes and Beyond and we will ask them to help us with our next project which will be our bathroom.

Miguel and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. they don't waste anytime and their work is impeccable . This is the third time they have worked in my house. His workers are all polite and trustworthy and that is something you cannot put a price on! speaking on THE PRICE SUBJECT he  undercut 2 of the three jobs I originally got quotes on without batting an eye.  Homes & beyond is the only contractor I would ever allow in my home.   VERY FAIR PRICES  AND THE WORK IS PERFECTION

The company is very responsive. The workers are very talented and easy to work with. Any problems were resolved quickly. <br />This company is a very welcome asset to our house restoration. <br />

Vey patient with all the changes I made and the things I didn't like, they fixed and did so without complaint.  Went above and beyond to chip each individual stone to fit the proper shape.  Were very clean and took their time.  Would definitely use them again!

<p>It was devine intervention that days after the storm the president of Homes and Beyond was given the wrong address to provide an estimate for a basement remediatioon job in my Rockaway neighborhood. When he knocked on my door, we struck up a conversation. I showed him my basement. He was reluctant to take a downpayment from me because I had never met him before, had no references for him, and he didn't want to spook me. Nevertheless, I had a good feeling. I gave him a deposit which he said he would not cash until I had checked out a few references. I went to the homes where he was in the process of doing work, made a few calls, and liked what I heard. He did an excellent job on the basement gutting and remediation. I then hired him to do the outdoor repairs from falling trees and to do the one floor (including new base molding, sheetrock, insulation and painting) inside my house that had water damage. He is currently in the process of renovating my basement, which includes walls (framing, sheetrocking and some cement skim-coating) floor, ceiling, insulation, etc. All of his workers must be given some kind of orientation because they are all super considerate, very neat, etc. I have no complaints and would certainly recommend Homes and Beyond.</p> . <br />
