From the moment I called Shannon greeted me, set my appointment and walked me through the process with ease! Brad came and inspected the issue making sure I understood what the problem was and gave me the best solution! He also explained the next steps! Lastly, Zach and Brad came and installed my new HVAC System and made sure it was set-up and answered any questions that I had! I will definitely recommend them and call for any home service needs! Fast, efficient, honest work by these guys. Called them yesterday evening and they were here first thing this morning. Had a new HVAC system installed just months ago by a different company, who left the 17-year-old motherboard and dampers in place while installing the new unit. And of course, now those things need to be replaced. Zach came in and gave an honest appraisal of what needed to be done, and he was able to get the parts and get it done by lunch time. Extremely satisfied with my entire interaction with Zach and his company. I only wish we had used them for the bigger job months ago. Additional review for Feb 2026. A technician came back again to address an ongoing issue with the unit installed by a different company. He was able to immediately identify the problem and took steps to rectify the situation until we could have to original company come back. Once again, they were on time, knowledgeable and just went out of their way to find a temporary solution to help us be more comfortable in our home. Can’t say enough about these guys and their work ethic. Shannon has never failed to answer a phone call or text and and always replies very quickly. Just a great company. We’ll never use anyone else for future work.
