He told me it would take 3-4 days. By week 3, he had demolished my bathroom, my shower was not installed correctly, he put the toilet and the sink back without sanding the drywall, and I now have to pay for someone to come back and make repairs. I paid $500 for a natural oak, Amish made, vanity, that he was to install a vessel sink on. He butchered my vanity, literally! The faucet is not center, and at this point, the vanity is now trash. He removed the tiling, and put down a heating system, and he put grout on top of that heating system. He installed laminate flooring, and failed to install underlayment. The heated floor does not work. I have to pay someone to rip up the floor, throw away the heating unit, and start over. He didn't show up when he said he would, provided little to no communication, just arrived as he pleased. He and his crew had no respect for my home. Damaged my front door taking the bathtub outside, leaving that and a toilet outside for 2 weeks. Lights were left on, everyone showed a complete disregard for my property. This is not this man's profession, it is a hobby.

I would recommend them and I would use the service again. He's honest, communicates well, and very helpful.
